Не возможно было спать .. соседи ночью то тв смотрели то с другой стороны разговаривали до утра.. слышно было ВСЕ даже детали разговора

Хороший отель Анатоль
Pros:

Отдыхали в данном отеле 4 ночи. Номера чистые просторные. Отношение персоонала - хорошее. Расположение отеля вполне удачное - до моря 10-15 минут. Берег - средняя галька. До остановке транспорта и рынка Адлера- 10 минут ходьбы. Питание брали только завтраки - завтрак это вообще "позор" - если вы кашу не едите то делать вам на нем нечего. 4 дня были только каши и периодически запеканка -4*4 см и 1 раз - сосиски. завтрак порционный - то есть кашу больше не чем не заменить - так как по принуипу - "ешь что дали". Но радовало близкое расположение разных столововых вокруг отлеля. Где можно было нормально поесть на любой вкус и ценник - что мы и делали. Так же порадовал бассейн на териитории отеля. В целом отдых удался.

Есть проблема
Pros:

Отель неплохой: просторный номер, балкончик, чистый хороший бассейн. Из незначительных неудобств в номере: пододеяльники нужно вставлять самим, фен работает недолго, потом выключается (видимо перегрев), через какое-то время опять работает. Телевизор предусматривает usb-флешку, но все фильмы на флешке (пробовал 5 фильмов) были без звука, хотя тв работает нормально, со звуком. Главная неприятная вещь: мы бронировали и оплачивали отель с завтраками, но при заселении на ресепшн нам сказали, что у нас номер без завтрака, что это "косяк" сотрудников hotels.com и что нам нужно разбираться с этой проблемой самостоятельно! В hotels.com я не могу дозвониться. Написал письмо с просьбой возместить 3000 р. за завтраки, которые указаны в ваучере, но которых не было по факту. Девушка Александра из hotels.com в письме уточнила мой номер брони, но так потом никто и не связался
