Pros:

Llegue el Sábado 8 pm con mi reserva y resultó que no tenían mi habitación y su respuesta fue que mi reserva ni mi nombre aparecían y que como el hotel estaba totalmente lleno pues que no podían hacer nada. No les importo nada, ni siquiera que ya me habían hecho un cobro de un porcentaje en mi tarjeta y tampoco se preocuparon por solucionar mi alojamiento, era tarde, llevaba 2 bebés y así tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel. Pésima experiencia.
