Pros:

Great outdoor space, access to beach for walking, nice breakfast served beach side, much further from town than anticipated but a cheap moto taxi ride away. Pool was less than inviting, murky, crowded and noisy with non guests having access. No AC, room was quite warm for January. One of only 1/25 hotels during our 8 weeks in Peru that had no toilet seat 😩
