Pros:

Интересная концепция отеля, недалеко от вокзала, дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Не было полотенца для рук, только для тело и под ноги что ложить, когда из душа выходишь. Не одного крючка, опять же полотенце не куда вешать) и не очень чисто было.

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location in the center with multiple entries. The staff was really accommodating and nice, and always present to help. There's a 24/7 supermarket that is perfect for late-night cravings. Great experience and will stay there for sure again.

Cons:

It needs more solid furniture (bed and couch).

Pros:

Loved the location,literally in the city's centrum,and it was verry affordable(for 1 night).I liked the whole interior,structure, design and decoration.The hotel's lobby was real beautiful.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not warm enough and we were not able to increase the temperature as it was automatically adjusted probably by the staff.

War schon zwei mal im Hotel, bleibe nächstes Mal wieder.
Pros:

Super nettes und modernes Hotel! Tolle Lage!

Cons:

Die Dusche ist direkt am Bett! Das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man nicht alleine übernachtet. Keine Hacken für Tücher. Sonst alles top!

Nice Rooms, Poor Guest Service
Pros:

The hotel’s decor and the size of the rooms were quite nice.
Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer in the room. We went down to reception to ask for one, but we were told that all of their hair dryers were already with other guests and had not been returned or had been stolen. Even though the temperature was 0°C, they were unable to provide a hair dryer for two days. It felt as if we were asking for something completely unreasonable; they just looked at us without making any real effort to find a solution. If it were my hotel, I would have bought a few from a nearby store, but no one seemed to care.
The towels were incomplete and very small.
There was no wardrobe in the room. It’s not a major issue, but since there was space for a wardrobe or hanging area, we didn’t understand why it hadn’t been included. It might be important for other guests.
