The hotel is brilliantly located for the centre, with restaurants and bars on your doorstep, great value, clean and very comfy beds, also quiet considering you are in the town. Love the food area, great concept

Poor flexibility for loyal guests –
I have stayed at this hotel for 10+ nights already in 2026 for work, but a recent experience has ensured I won’t be returning.
I made a clerical error on a non-refundable booking for August and immediately asked to move the dates to the following week (where I intended to book even more nights). Despite my history as a recurring guest, the hotel refused to show any flexibility or accommodate the change.
While I understand "non-refundable" policies, the lack of goodwill toward a loyal customer is extremely short-sighted. They chose a one-time cancellation fee over a long-term business relationship. I will be taking my future Eindhoven assignments elsewhere.
Pros: Good location and rooms.
Cons: Rigid management and zero appreciation for customer loyalty.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Booked 2 nights only lasted there 1.5 hours before leaving and paying double for another hotel. The room made me ill, headache, nausea and blood inside my nose within this short period due to the poor cleanliness. The decor was awful. Ruined my whole trip, spent it in bed in the 2nd hotel. Got a refund for the 2nd night but they stole my money that I paid for the 2nd night city tax and refused a refund for the first night even though I was there for 90 minutes and has a severe physical reaction. Hairs everywhere, dust under bed was so bad it formed dustballs, yellow stains on pillow. Bedding had awful odour which transferred to my clothes within 90 minutes. Ai suggested Carbon monoxide poisoning or bacteria which caused symptoms. My nose was dry and had blood for days after. Headache and sickness lasted 24 hours. Had to buy additional products simply to fully disinfect myself and my clothes. Don’t take a risk on this place
Cleanliness which produced severe reaction, horrible decor, clouds of flies outside premises and attitude of hotel point black refusing full refund in a rude manner after only spending 90 minutes before leaving for another hotel. The staff didn’t even attempt to help me when I told them I was leaving as was worst room I ever stayed in. Completely reactionless which suggested to me it wasn’t the first instance

Pillows
De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Het is ook fijn dat het hotel een eigen parkeergarage (tegen betaling) heeft. De bedden zijn comfortabel, je kunt wat eenvoudige boodschapjes krijgen in het hotel.
Helaas was de thermostaatkraan van de douche niet in orde, waardoor het de keuze was tussen heet of heter. En de TV kregen we ook niet aan de praat. Wel mooi dat er een virtuele assistent beschikbaar is om dit soort storingen te melden. Jammer dat er niet sneller hulp beschikbaar is. Ik heb geen idee of het uiteindelijk ook opgelost is, maar daar ga ik maar van uit.
