Posizione molto comoda, in centro e 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Hotel moderno con staff gentilissimo in pieno centro

La posizione e lo stile, staff gentile e accogliente

Cons:

In camera non ci sono l’asciugacapelli e gli armadi (non mi servivano perché siamo stati li una sola notte, forse richiedendolo alla reception si poteva trovare una soluzione)

La posizione era ottimale.

Cons:

Il comfort, se avessi saputo che il comodino era 10x10 cm avrei scelto altro.
Eravamo in 2 con 2 asciugamani, 1 a testa.
Il penultimo giorno non hanno rifatto la camera.
Siamo usciti alle 8 e rientrati alle 22.
La motivazione addotta alla reception è stata:
"Siamo stati molto occupati".

Lo staff non ha aiutato a recuperare una errata tripla prenotazione di camere, anche dopo avere avuto qualche istruzione da Booking, in quanto l'errore è partito dalla lentezza di Booking nel confermare le prenotazioni.
Tutt'oggi ho pagato 3 camere ma utilizzata solo 2.
Anche Booking poteva restituire il pagamento più facilmente.

Great value for money hotel. Clean with all the essentials you need for a hotel. Great self service shop.friendly staff.

Nice and clean room.with all the essentials you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in a beautiful city

Cons:

We traveled as couples so didn’t really matter to us but the only thing we mentioned was if you were sharing a room with a friend the frosted glass shower wasn’t too private.
