The smile and good attitude of the employee!

Cons:

Check in was very complicated. Even with the help of locals was necessary to call them.
Could be cleaner I think
No light in the ceiling.
Flat TV only to plug your device because there isn't TV service

The worst hotel ever.
Cons:

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, was filthy and filled with bugs including cockroaches, I payed $NT2033 for one night and spent barely any time in the hotel due to the state of the room. The staff were no help when I complained about the cockroach and after offering to remove it never arrived and I was left to deal with it myself. The whole stay was horrible. There is also no staff on site and no front desk for help.
