Cons:

La actitud del personal, agresivas. La recepcionista muy grosera. No hicieron aseo a la habitación durante los tres días que estuvimos allí.
Querían cobrarnos la tarifa que ella y supuestamente la "administradora" imponían, sin respetar el hecho de que, había una reserva por la aplicación. Tampoco nos querían dar la habitación que habíamos contratado en la reserva, aduciendo de que, "esa es más costosa" tratando de justificar el precio elevado que pretendían cobrarnos.
En este caso, sólo es de rescatar, la actitud de las personas que nos atendieron durante la noche, una joven que estaba haciendo un remplazo y un caballero que, al parecer, es el titular del turno noche. Ellos dos muy cordiales, muy personas. Pero la recepcionista del día, pésima en su atención para con los huéspedes del hotel y la supuesta administradora, a quien nunca conocimos, que fue en últimas, quien acolitó la actitud de la recepcionista.
