Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und billig. Die Preise an der Poolbar in Ordnung.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ganz und gar nicht, wie auf den Bildern. Es war veraltet, wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen und schmuddelig.
Das gebuchte Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten mit unbequemen Matratzen und einer entsprechenden Lücke in der Mitte.
Die Klimaanlage verursachte nur schlecht riechende Luft und kühlte überhaupt nicht.
Das Bad hatte weder einen Duschvorhang, eine Halterung für das Toilettenpapier, noch etwas um die nassen Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Nachdem ich das Hotelpersonal um Ausbesserung bat, passierte rein gar nichts. (Scheinbar sind auch alle Mängel schon bekannt, aber wohl egal..)

VORSICHT: Die gegend Kavos ist eine Partymeile und nichts für Familien mit Kindern oder Menschen, die im Urlaub Ruhe suchen! Wer nicht zwischen Strip-Lokalen und Nacht-Clubs Abendessen möchte, sollte woanders übernachten!

Pros:

Quello che ho apprezzato di più è sicuramente la posizione e l’organizzazione degli spazi: la struttura è davvero ben collegata a tutto, con ristoranti, supermercati e agenzie vicinissimi, il che rende il soggiorno estremamente comodo e senza bisogno di spostarsi troppo. Un altro punto forte è la piscina con il bar, situata proprio accanto alla spiaggia: questa soluzione permette di vivere al massimo la vacanza, alternando mare e relax in piscina con una bevanda a portata di mano. Ho trovato il tutto molto organizzato e curato e pensato per offrire agli ospiti comfort e praticità.

Cons:

Devo dire che non c’è nulla che realmente non mi sia piaciuto, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva sotto ogni aspetto. Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo dettaglio da migliorare, direi la passerella che conduce alla piscina, che mi è sembrata un po’ traballante e avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata. Ma si tratta davvero di una sciocchezza, nulla che abbia influito in modo negativo sul soggiorno. In generale, tutto è stato piacevole e mi sento di dire che la struttura ha superato le aspettative.

Pros:

the staff was very kind and the room was big enough for 3 people. it also had a mini kitchen. the pool was beautiful and the beach was large. the hotel was near the principal attraction of Kavos and when you come they give you a 10% discount to spend in the central market.

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. I have lost some items there. My items were promised to be sent but were never dispatched, despite assurances. I was lied to, and my belongings are still at the property. Unacceptable service and dishonesty. I still have my GPS location and they are in kavos. (attachted)

Nice place, stop hiding fee's, stay humble!

Very nice view, and comfortable place.

Cons:

I've been using booking for many years, and what some accommodations these days is doing, is that they offer "better" looking prices, but charges for facilities, that I would never thought it can be charged for, like in a country where you can't sleep due to heat, charge for airco's and etc. At the end of the day, it is not really cheaper. I respect accommodations who give the full normal price, and there are no hidden fees, yet it is my fault because it was written in the description, where I would never have thought to check.

Good value for money 💰.
Pros:

I like the location, the size of the room, the friendly staff, the price! The beds are so comfy I slept so well. The breakfast is huge, served free or at extra cost depending on your booking. The pool and the sea view are superb.

Cons:

The bathroom is old, the tiles look mucky due to grout being old. It gives moldy feels. Also on 2nd day, there was no water supply in the building until 11am. Very inconvenient as you can not do morning routines and flush the toilet. I hope it doesn't happen always. Also the hallway smells of cigarettes.

Horrible, do not stay here
Cons:

Worse than a hostal, we left and found new accommodation. Could feel every spring in the bed, didn't look that clean and balcony doors weren't closing properly. Bathroom tiny with a broken toilet. Noisy could hear every other guest. Owner sleezy, disgusting place. Avoid at all costs
