La calidez del lugar y el personal, todos muy amables. También nos dejaron usar las instalaciones luego del check out y eso nos hizo alargar un poquito más la estadia, disfrutar de la piscina climatizada y pudimos ducharnos en el vestuario con el uso de toallas, shampoo y acondicionador del hotel. Todo un lujo !

Me hubiera gustado un poco más de higiene en el baño de nuestra habitación ( no olía muy bien )

The resort has all the amenities and location is great.
Pros:

The breakfast was good 😊 but not exceptional. In other resorts the coffee choices were better. The breakfast was our least satisfying part of the stay.

Excellent séjour , endroit idéal pour se "ressourcer "
Pros:

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La qualité et la quantité de installations (piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, mini golf, terrains de tennis...) , le logement spacieux et confortable (excellente literie), la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, l’excellent niveau du restaurant Ave Negra attenant l’hôtel (bien meilleur que tous ce que nous avons essayé aux alentours)...Sans oublier l’environnement de forêts et de plage...
Nous avons profité pleinement de cette semaine de faible fréquentation (touristes,, famille). Nous reviendrons.
