Thermostat was broke in the room and it was 79 all night with the AC running
The cook didn’t show up for work and there wasn’t breakfast as promised.

Staff is friendly and professional; however, the hotel rooms require inspection.

The staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was dated and should be updated; flooring requires repair. The flooring slopes downward as you pass the closet (located directly behind the shower wall) and the shower also felt soft and unsafe. Lastly, there was a towel on the upper towel rack that appeared to have fecal matter on it. I will never stay there again!

The location was great and the restaurants in walking distance was excellent

Cons:

The hot water was luke warm at best. After a long drive you look forward to a hot shower and we didnt get that.

Great place with a great location to restaurants!
Pros:

Staff was fantastic! Peaton checked us in and was on top of her game in being helpful and her super positive attitude! She needs a raise! she helped us with identifying a place to get food since we checked in around 7:30

We were pleased with the location, the staff were friendly and professional They made us seem valued.
Pros:

Convenient to hospital and restaurants

Cons:

There was some mold/mildew in the caulked area of the tub. Only in corners, but this is an easy fix and should be priority to keep it clean.
