Pros:

We loved the restaurant service. Manager MONGI always took care of us,reserving our table and always being helpful. The barmans and waiters was all lovely. Very kind. Location also very nice and very organized.

Cons:

Unfortunately 580 TUNISIAN DINAR,disappeared from our room,suite 104. On a Tuesday afternoon,while I was gone for a walk,and my wife was sleeping in the room,when around 16.40,a women joined the room while she was sleeping. The women said to my wife that she just wanted to change towels,but the room been cleaned in the morning already,and the towels was already there. We tried many times to report what happened,but every time we never had a chance to understand how this could happen. The manager ADEL promised us to give a report list of all our access to the hotel room,which the day after,he said he couldn’t give,and that the housekeeper are working from years for them,perhaps,it didn’t let us understand how could be possible then that this belongings disappeared.. I can’t say we stayed bad,cause would be unfair,but this episode,affected a lot our experience,must of all cause we never been able to understand the truth of what happened.

Overall great stay with lovely staff
Pros:

The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The pools are amazing. Alot of sunbeds to choose from and beautiful landscape. The beach is a short walk. Take some cash with you to tip the subbed guy. The property is the largest one in Hammamet. You can take evening strolls throughout the property. Lush green with flowers all around. To go into Old Medina it is 15-20 Tunisian diners. Not bad.

Cons:

Rooms are dated. Building is old and needs some TLC. The food is horrible- my egg omelette was not cooked completely. All tasteless food to us.
They should warn guests about these scammers in town saying they are chefs at our hotel only to gain our trust and lead us to a store where they get a cut for anything we buy. Don't fall for these guys.

Pros:

Le bungalow était très propre, confortable, calme et bien décoré. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance de la chambre et la tranquillité. Cependant, il était un peu loin du restaurant et de la piscine. Pour les familles avec un bébé, ce n’est pas toujours pratique, surtout quand il faut se déplacer plusieurs fois dans la journée. Je conseille donc aux familles de penser à prendre une poussette pour leur bébé, car la distance peut être fatigante.

Par contre, le bungalow était proche de la plage, ce qui est un bon point.

La restauration était bonne et propre. Nous avons bien mangé et le service était agréable.

La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimée, c’est la plage. Elle n’était pas propre, et l’eau de la mer n’était pas aussi claire que je l’avais imaginé. Je m’attendais à une plage plus propre et plus belle, surtout en Tunisie, car les plages tunisiennes sont souvent réputées pour être magnifiques. Malheureusement, cet aspect m’a un peu déçue.

Great people, great stay.
Pros:

The resort is exactly as advertised and much what you expect but what makes it really stand out are the employees that work there, from the people at the reception, the people at the restaurants, the entertainment team, etc. Everyone greets you with a smile and genuinely tries to connect with you to make your stay better. I would like to particularly point out Yacinne and Maroud at the front desk and Yassine from the entertainment team, they were great, from helping us with extra transport in a moments notice or by just coming to us and just chatting. Great people made our stay even greater.

Cons:

Le service est tellement null que vous ne pouvez pas imaginer. La bouffe est catastrophique. Les équipements sont très anciens. L’eau qui coule de la clim ûe fois je l’allume. J’ai fait des réclamations pendant 3jours sans avoir un retour on m’a changé ma chambre que le dernier jour

Un peut trop cher payé.
Pros:

Le calme.

Cons:

Trop cher pour le services proposés, rien de spécial côté cuisine. Et je trouve que la piscine n’est pas bien propre.

Pros:

Globalement tout. Plage magnifique- transats confort, nourriture super, chambre parfaite avec lits très confortables, piscines, salle de sport, paillote devant la plage pour manger très agréable, pour les enfants très bien aussi le club.

Cons:

Musique trop forte de l'animation le matin, l'après midi et surtout le soir !
