Everything was good
Missing chairs in beach
Struttura molto grande, vicinissima al mare e con piscine abbastanza grandi. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre accoglienti e disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi necessità. Il cibo era buono e abbondante.
Unica pecca è la pulizia, ma quella è proprio la loro cultura. Forse siamo noi italiani che siamo troppo fissati con la pulizia
La qualité de l'accueil (merci à Adel et Mourad), la gestion cuisine du chef Faycal et la sympathie de Momen Merale et Sou Fien au bar de plage

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnelle. L’hôtel était beau avec beaucoup de verdure et un accès directe à la plage
La limite de choix dans le restaurant , le fait que le bungalow était un peu excentre de la piscine.
Et les serviettes de chambres n’étais pas changé systématiquement
Bon et copieux le petit déjeuner - très bien
Les repas étaient variés et excellents
Animations - peu d'informations (défilement trop rapide) une fois l'emplacement trouvé + impossibilité de faire entrer un collègue de travail à 17h pour bosser !!!

There is no security or privacy. Money was stolen from us, and our suitcases were opened. They take no responsibility—no apologies, no solutions. We requested that no one else enter the room—not even housekeeping—yet staff came in to clean and for maintenance; even more people! The manager hid to avoid giving us an explanation. Poor staff, and even worse management. Thanks to Booking.com for providing solutions and apologies. They contacted the hotel, but the hotel offered them no response, explanation, or solution either. I am attaching photos showing how we left our belongings when we stepped out of the room versus how we found them upon returning: clearly tampered with, with money and items missing. The safe was not working.
Access to the beach
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of service around both the pool and the beach. For a resort experience, I would expect attentive pool and beach service, and this was noticeably missing.
The all-inclusive concept also seems to come at the expense of quality. The food and beverage offering felt quite basic, particularly the drinks, with mostly lower-tier options rather than the quality I would expect from a hotel of this positioning.
Service overall was another weak point. While there may certainly be some good individual team members, I did not find the staff consistently service-oriented or proactive. There was very little sense of anticipating guests’ needs or creating a genuinely hospitable experience.
The property may appeal to guests primarily looking for an all-inclusive holiday, but for travelers who value quality, attentive service and a more refined hospitality experience, I think there is significant room for improvement.
Nous avons apprécier les infrastructures que l'hôtel proposait. Le buffet était varié tous les jours ce qui nous a permis de goûter plusieurs spécialités tunisiennes sans forcément sortir de l'hôtel. Certaines activités étaient sympa comme le karaoké et la mousse party !
L'hôtel manquait d'éventuelles activités et d'entrain de la part des animateurs. Tout est fait par eux même ce que je trouve dommage car certains spectacles manquent de professionnalisme. Le buffet était parfois sale également ce qui ne donnait point envie de se servir de la nourriture.
Les animations le soir se terminaient trop tôt ce qui voulait dire qu'à 23h il n'y a plus rien à faire.
L'aimabilité de certains serveurs laissaient à désirer et attendaient des pourboires pour être sympa.
Le monsieur qui vend ses excursions était très insistant et n'avait aucun tact (et heureusement que nous n'avons pas pris d'activités avec car il demande le double du prix que sur d'autres plateformes sur internet !)
J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec ma mère, l’hôtel nécessite une rénovation mais les personnels sont super sympas et nous ont fourni des programmes et des activités variées, ils étaient toujours souriants même avec la fatigue et les journées très chaudes. Vraiment bravo ils nous ont épatées, un grand merci à toute l'équipe et surtout aux jeunes animateurs pour l’effort fourni, c’était excellent. Je reviendrai certainement
