bon rapport qualité prix mais l’amabilité est à revoir !!
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié les repas qui étaient globalement très bon malheureusement pas assez varié à notre goût (même fruit pendant une semaine et jamais coupé). Le personnel de ménage était très aimable et compétentes. Le lifeguard de la plage également était très serviable et aimable.

Cons:

Le premier point très négatif reste l’amabilité de la plupart du personnel (serveur et barman, maître nageur des piscines et directeur…). En tant que femme on m’a relativement mal parler et prise de haut lors de plusieurs échanges : un des barmans m’a clairement dit « de me servir seul » sachant que j’avais simplement demandé une eau avec du citron et de la menthe (il n’y avait personne d’autre que moi au comptoir). Lors de l’avant dernier jour, nous avons remarqué la présence de cafards dans la chambre et d’une odeur nauséabonde provenant de la salle de bain. Globalement nous soulignons principalement un manque de politesse venant du personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur dutout d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Overall, it was a good vacation.
Pros:

Rooms are big and have everything you need

Cons:

1. Food. Food was terrible. A lot of reused products cooked the next day. From fruits, we had only peaches and plums. Basically my kid ate almost nothing and my husband had a bellyache everyday. There is no fresh juice even to buy. Children have to drink some powdered drink or water.

2. The beach was full of trash.

3. We stayed in a suite, unfortunately the negative part of the suit is it’s too loud when there are the programs. It lasts until 11 and people stay loud at the bar until very late. I could not put my kid to sleep at usual hour.

A wonderful family holiday, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Pros:

This hotel gave us the best family holiday ever. The hotel is very clean, all of the common areas and the rooms were very modern. Not sure if it’s all the rooms but ours was a premium bungalow central location and it was lovely. The pools are wonderful especially with children. We travelled with our 2 year old and the 80cm pool meant he could stand on his feet with his head out of the water. He learned how to duck his head under and hold his breath, it was his first time swimming with armbands instead of a life jacket, the pool was full of other families too, such a lovely holiday vibe. Speaking of full, the hotel was at max capacity on some days and it never felt over booked. There was always plenty of space between our sunbeds and the next family, it never felt too loud or chaotic, the pools were always peaceful. The restaurant staff are wonderful, always a highchair available for our toddler, we always found something to eat. It is all inclusive so sometimes you will eat the same thing but there was plenty of variety and they changed things up each day with different station. The entertainment was amazing, we have never stayed in at night on holiday, we always go out and we never even wanted to go out here, we really felt at home and truly had the best time. We’ve moved to a hotel in sousse now for our last few days and although it’s really nice, we miss the Mirage!! Finally, the clientele at this hotel seemed really nice, we have noticed since moving how the mirage has lots of family’s and non rowdy guests. At our new hotel there are lots of drinkers etc and it’s not really for us.

I also have to stress to anyone going to this hotel, please ignore the negative reviews. I am extremely picky with hotels, I also am terrified of bugs. Upon seeing reviews of bugs in the bungalows, when we checked in we decided to pay for 1 night first just to check everything was fine.

Cons:

I didn’t find the reception staff so helpful, they were standoffish and borderline unhelpful but the restaurant staff, animation, cleaners etc were wonderful.

Rude reception guy
Pros:

The swimming pools and the food

Cons:

I didn’t like the way that reception guys treated me, they were super rude and tried to fool me. Even though, I have made very clear reservation regarding central Banglow, but the gave me the must dirty one in the property full of cockroach and bugs.

I asked nicely to change it and they kept refusing! Until I decided to leave and report it to booking, when someone of the management engaged and changed it for us.

Insgesamt war es gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, man bekommt für den Preis wirklich einiges geboten
Pros:

Entertainment Team war Super Sports morgens und Abends jeden Tag was anderes andere Event
Zimmer war auch gut

Cons:

Strand war in Ordnung aber konnte ein bisschen sauberer sein.

Goo, but not good enough for a 5 star resort
Pros:

Had everything needed, from atm to a souvenir shop. The personnel was helpful even though from time to time they seemed bothered

Cons:

The room key card did not work. We had to go to the reception at least 15 different times to re-sync it so we could enter the room. The food was ok, however, everything was mixed. Potatoes with strawberries on top, strawberry gel on meatballs, etc.. and i am allergic to strawberries so had little choice. The snacks between meals were basic, for example the pizza dough was never cooked enough. The beach was very dirty.

Un séjour vraiment réussi !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mirage Resort & Spa. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentionné. L'établissement est impeccable, les espaces communs comme les chambres sont très bien entretenus. La restauration est agréable et variée. Bref, un rapport qualité/prix convaincant dans un cadre plaisant. On recommande sans hésiter !

Pros:

Struttura molto grande, bella anche se necessiterebbe di qualche rinnovamento visto che è un 5stelle. Bellissima area piscine e la spiaggia. Ottima reception.

Cons:

Forse da migliorare l'attenzione verso i clienti di qualche cameriere nell'area ristorazione

Ortalama bir otel fiyat performans oteli gibi görebilirsiniz .
Pros:

Yemekleri iyiydi , odalar hergün düzenli temizleniyor

Cons:

Odalarda sürekli böcek ve haşereler vardı . Onu bir şekilde çözmeleri gerekiyor . Otel ne kadar iyi olursa olsun odada bir böcekle karşılaşılınca bütün keyfiniz kaçabilir .
