Pros:

The food was very good and offered a nice variety throughout our stay. The highlight for us was Mourad at reception — he was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. He really made our trip and is a great asset to the hotel, he was the only staff who cared about our experience, we can't say the same for the rest.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room did not meet 5-star standards. Towels were not changed daily and sometimes face towels were missing. Basic amenities such as coffee and tea were not consistently replenished, and there was no ashtray provided. The roof in the bathroom was also leaking with water from above. Overall, the housekeeping and attention to detail need improvement to match the hotel’s rating.

Très bonne relation qualité-prix
Pros:

Le service, très cordiale. L'endroit est isolé, mais la plage privé est propre (contrairement aux alentours) et la piscine magnifique.

Cons:

Un 5 étoiles, mais plutôt 4. Les bungalows ne sont pas tous rénovés et le notre avait besoin de quelques travaux : la porte d'entrée laissait passer l'air, les fenêtres aussi, et pas trop de points de lumière.

Beautiful setting, pleasant stay
Pros:

Spacious room, we each had our space. Nice view from balcony. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the buffet for dinner, always able to try new foods and still find familiar favorites. Same for breakfast. Liked that a taxi was almost always available as they wait outside the gate, we didn't have to ask the front desk to call one. Red flags at the beach, and the water was cold, so no swimming, but nice for a stroll.

Cons:

Toilet and shower are two separate bathrooms - no soap in toilet room, but we put our own in there. No real issues or complaints. A side note on the beach which probably isn't in hotel's control - there is a bit of camel and horse poop in the sand as someone with camels and horses was always hanging out on the beach for pictures and rides.

Pros:

Rapport qualité / prix absolument imbattable. L'hôtel est spacieux, beau, bien équipé, agréable et bien entretenu. La nourriture est excellente, variée et diverse. Le personnel est agréable sans être intrusif. Plage et piscine super, activités pour enfants.

Cons:

La propreté et l'entretien des chambres pourraient être améliorés (portes, fenêtres). Mais propreté impeccable.

Ci è piaciuta la professionalità di tutto il personale. Dal direttore e le persone addette alla ristorazione. Le camere venivano sistemate ogni giorno. La colazione e la cena erano di buona qualità e abbondanti. Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La struttura appare un po' datata, anche se è evidente che c'è la sforzo di rinnovare alcune parti del complesso.

Sympa !
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute , surtout le bagagiste (khaled) Et le personnel du restaurant !
Le personnel de Kids club adorable .

Le Bungalow était très sympa et cosi , l’idée est vraiment cool et très spacieux .

Cons:

Le buffet trop répétitif, il devrait y avoir plus de variété durant la semaine et plus d’aération car on ressort avec l’odeur de la nourriture sur les vêtements.
Demi pension , pas de soda juste de l’eau .
Pas assez de produit sans lactose et sans gluten .
Il faudrait rénover un peu car ca devient vieillissant et on dirait que c’est pas propres .
Piscine pas chauffée , au moins pour stabiliser la température car une piscine à 12 degrés c’est l’horreur.
Le prix du transfert a l’aéroport , l’hôtel demande 160 dinars soit 50€ alors que les taxi jaunes prennent 80 dinars soit 25€ ! c’est un peux exagéré .
Il devrait avoir la possibilité de commander des snacks durant la journée , et également avoir le choix pour le midi et non forcément aller au buffet .
Le spa est trop loin , il devrait avoir une liste à la réception pour voir avant .

Pros:

Very nice stay at Mirage. The reception and staff are very kind and welcoming. The bungalow was clean. I was traveling alone but I never felt bored thanks to the great atmosphere and the daily activities organized by the animation team. Pool is nice and the food is good. I recommend it 🫶🏻
