Pros:

Séjour mitigé, clairement pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles selon moi.

La plage est très mal entretenue, avec des saletés un peu partout. L’espace de restauration est bondé et très chaud, même hors saison. Le spa est aussi décevant : on m’a orientée vers un ancien spa très sale, expérience que je n’ai même pas terminée.

Points positifs : chambre spacieuse (type villa) et personnel gentil, ce qui reste appréciable.

Peu de choses à faire aux alentours.

👉 Globalement, trop de points négatifs, je ne recommande pas

Pros:

Everything was great! But there were a few little things that left my review 1 step away from perfect!

Cons:

We requested additional pillows, towels deliveredto the room and the phone to be fixed which only happened after reminders. The phone was never fixed, 1 sliding door did not open at all and the bathroom lock mechanism was simply broken. All in all we were very happy.

Cons:

Algunas máquinas del gimnasio no funcionaban.
Los espectáculos de las noches un poco aburridos.

Pros:

The bungalows are great nice size.

Cons:

This is definitely not a 5* resort. Most of the staff are not friendly but the was a couple that couldnt do enough for you. The drinks are not great and the beach is horrible.

Unprofessional management and financial fraud.

I am writing to officially report a serious issue with The Mirage Resort & SPA. The hotel falsely marked me as a "No-Show" and charged me an unauthorized extra amount, despite the fact that I fully completed my 5-night stay from July 4th to July 9th.

Even your automated system just sent me this email asking to review my stay, which confirms I was there. This is financial fraud and a scam by the hotel management, who treated us very poorly.

I demand an immediate investigation, correction of my status to "Showed up", and a full refund of the extra money taken from me illegally. I have all the receipts and proof of my stay ready.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre magnifique des lieux, avec des bungalows spacieux et modernes, la piscine quant a elle était a la hauteur de nos esperances, il y’en a pour tous les gouts et c’est fort appréciable, pour ce qui est de la nourriture le petit déjeuner ainsi que le diner était un sans fautes avec plusieurs variantes et saveurs irréprochables, les cocktails au bord de la piscine était savoureux avec beaucoup de choix, les animateurs étaient sympa et trés energiques. Mention spécial pour mourad a la réception qui nous a reçu comme il se doit, il s’est montré aimable et trés réactif lorsqu’on a eu besoin de ses services.

Cons:

Il n’ya que certains détails qui nous ont déplu sans pour autant entacher notre séjour, tout d’abord les transats et lits au bord de la piscine étaient insuffisants pour le nombre de vacanciers présents, ce qui est fort dommage car il faut se lever bien tôt pour pouvoir trouver une place adéquate pour s’abriter du soleil ardent, le déjeuner était correct sans pour autant casser trois pattes a un canard, les pâisseries proposées lors des repas étaient répetitives, insipides et sans saveur. Certains des employers de la restauration étaient unpeu aigris et ronchons parfois même désagréables, la connexion wifi était capricieuse et la plupart du temps on ne captait rien.
