Overall good experience, nice hotel, pleasant design . Big garden with access to beach
Pros:

Nice hotel , we got room upgrade without charge, very good food for breakfast and dinner. Lot of options to choose from.

Cons:

No slippers provided , I would expect it from 5 star hotel

Stay away from this place, it's horrible and far from being a 5* hotel. I noticed unacceptable breach to basic hygiene rules. It was so bad I left almost immediately after check-in. Some of the staff were quite rude and unprofessional...

Cons:

Séjour de 5 jours à l’hôtel The Mirage très décevant.
Seul point positif : le personnel de la restauration, en particulier Sadek, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables.
Pour le reste, l’hôtel est vétuste, tout comme les chambres, et ne correspond absolument pas à un 5 étoiles.
Pas de personnel à la piscine pour commander un verre, pas d’eau avant 9h, salle de sport fermée.
Le buffet est répétitif, avec les mêmes plats légèrement modifiés chaque jour.
Le spa est catastrophique : gommage effectué avec un tuyau d’arrosage et des seaux d’eau, massage beaucoup trop brutal. Mon conjoint a même été brûlé par un jet de vapeur défectueux. En guise de soin, on lui a appliqué… du démaquillant. Inadmissible.
Enfin, au départ, on nous propose un taxi à 50 €, contre 40 € à l’arrivée.
❌ Hôtel pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles.

Cons:

The room is not clean and very old.
They don’t clean the rooms properly – you can still see hairs, leftover food from previous guests, and mosquitoes everywhere with no solution. The bathroom water smells awful and is infested with mosquitoes. Breakfast and dinner are completely tasteless with zero variety and mosquitoes buzzing around the food area. The staff is unfriendly and downright rude – they don’t even provide slippers; you have to beg for them, and they offer zero help with the mosquito problem. Total rip-off, not worth it – steer clear!

The worst 5 star hotel experience possible.
Pros:

The beds were okay

Cons:

Everything else was just bad… Food was not tasteful or fresh, personnel had no feeling for customer service and even in the end when asking for a plastic bag we received two that smelt so incredibly terrible. If this was 1 star, then I would understand, but for a 5 star hotel, this is extremely bad and poor. The owner should really make some changes because this stay was just a nightmare.

Eine Woche All Inclusive im Mirage Resort & Spa war für uns einfach perfekt. Vom freundlichen Personal über das saubere, gemütliche Zimmer bis hin zur tollen Lage hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Rezeptionistin Chedliya, deren Herzlichkeit und Professionalität unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Pros:

Staff at the reception and cleaning was exeptional, we got a free upgrade to suite and it was amazing.

Cons:

The man who worked at breakfast making bread was very rude to me and my husband, talked bad about us to hes coworkers, made us always wait for the bread, did not wear gloves and was not respectful to us at all.
