Pros:

The stuff is super friendly; the hotel is very big, we never had a feeling of being crowded; nice big family room with a nice terrace

Tolle Anlagen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und reichhaltig

Cons:

Bis auf Trinkwasser wurde kein Minibar aufgefüllt, Sanitäranlagen waren zum Teil verrostet und sehr abgenutzt

Pros:

Absolutely stunning resort! The food was exceptional, the room was incredibly comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again!

Definitely not a 5* hotel!! If this was in Europe it would probably be a 2 or 3* hotel
Pros:

The beach was a short walk away from the hotel

Cons:

Food was awful, plus they don’t label what everything is. We got chicken skewers one night and it was raw inside. The omelette was raw inside.
The phone doesn’t work in our room so we had to keep going to reception for any issues. Which was so inconvenient as our room was so far from the reception.
Some staff are rude, not considerate and treat certain people differently.
There was a waiter who would always be miserable and downright obnoxious when we would ask for a drink or refills but would gladly go and ask other people if they wanted a drink (we were POC, the others weren’t)
Lizard in our room.
Did not have proper bedding it was a cloth and a duvet. Not a proper duvet cover.
The room key card did not work, had to go to reception at least 4 times a day for 3 days. The receptionist did not care and was rude saying it’s fixed by scanning it but no solution was offered.
The electricity cut off a few times one morning.
When we asked if we could get a refund since we wanted to leave as we were fed up with the quality of service they refused but finally offered to upgrade our room from standard to premium.
Premium room issues: phone still did not work, shower head was broken did not work only the hand held one worked, shower drain did not clear the water quick enough (the standard room was fine), toilet did not flush, the sink drain did not work but the cleaner pulled out the drain cover for the water to go down.
Not much to do if you don’t drink. We tried the pool table but it did not accept our dinars, tried a few times.
Gym only had 2 treadmill, bike and some weights. Would expect more from a 5* Hôtel

Belle piscine e personale accogliente e disponibile.

La struttura è un po fuori dal centro
Alcuni dettagli della camera non proprio a da 5 stelle.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Le plus grand plaisir c’était les messages, et le personnel du SPA. Monsieur Adel qui était à la réception était très disponible et professionnel. Merci à lui

Il manque une piscine couverte. Il y aussi l’éloignement des bungalows par rapport aux restaurant et la réception
