The hotel grounds were vast and for the most part carefully landscaped.

For the price paid it is passable but most definitely is not a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

The pools are nice and the beach offers a good view of sunset. The rooms are big. Sassi (apologies if spelt wrong) the waiter was the highlight of our stay, great service always friendly and nothing was a problem to him.

Cons:

The bar staff were rude and not friendly in the slightest- we stayed half board and it felt like every time we wanted a drink and to pay this was an incredible effort to them- they never had the correct change and often wouldn’t bring our change back to us. We had faces pulled at us etc. Also after declining the spa we felt uncomfortable seeing the spa staff who seemed to give us dirty looks. The rooms whilst large were not in great condition and the toilet was unsafe as hanging off the wall. We did not feel comfortable in the hotel unfortunately.

A very relaxing stay. Felt looked after and would come again .
Pros:

Loved the bungalow. Lots of space and grounds were lovely.
Food choices were excellent and plentiful

Disappointing stay at the Mirage
Pros:

The Mirage Hotel in Tunisia has a large, open layout which gives you space to move around without feeling crowded. The grounds are spread out, so even when busy, you do not feel like guests are on top of each other. This creates a more relaxed and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The property looks nothing like the photos online. It feels dated and not well maintained, which impacts the overall experience from the start. The surrounding beaches are in poor condition and feel dirty, which makes you uncomfortable walking on them.

Only one restaurant was open during the stay, with low quality food and limited choice. Staff interaction was also below standard and lacked basic attentiveness. The room itself did not meet expectations.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The current state of the property does not align with the reviews, which makes the rating hard to understand.

personnel super très respectueux gentils
Départ de très bonne heure 5h30 alors que le service petit déjeuner est prévu à 7h00
J'ai pu quand même prendre un repas avant de partir avec du personnel qui faisait la mise en place et qui ont demander plusieurs fois si j'avais besoin de quelque chose

Cons:

1/2 pension petit dej et repas du soir inclus Mais le soir juste une carafe d'eau pas droit au distributeur de boissons Coca Fanta Sprite en supplément
