We loved the room at La Seine. The GM was outstanding and really helpful. We arrived late around 10pm and since the restaurant was closing he messaged us before and asked if he could help us order in advance so that we would have a meal ready when we arrived. The food was much better than expected. Overall this was outstanding value for money and we'd happily stay there again in the future.
Honestly, I can't think of one negative.
Perfect place to end my Laos trip. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, clean, professional, well located. My room had a lovely balcony which was a great place to have breakfast or watch the sunset. Not the cheapest place, but it was fine for a night. Best place I stayed at in Laos. Easy to get to the airport or city centre.
Not an issue but it feels more like a place for couples and big groups, so keep that in mind if solo and conscious of that sort of thing.
OMG. The best. Staff, wine, welcome, welcome wine, 7th heaven restaurant food, lobby floor beautiful, room unbelievable. We had a triple. Huge. Gorgeous decor. Bathroom amenities you could eat they smelt so great if you like coconut! Coffee pod machine. Bathroom huge. Love love loved it. Having dinner on the rooftop is great but book ahead. The meals are huge - some plates to be shared.
We didn’t like that we only stayed one night!
We were pleased with the hotel's service. The hotel provided our golf group with a very thoughtful breakfast. We highly appreciate the hospitality of General Manager_ Mr. Akash from India. The hotel's breakfast was delicious. Good location, We will book this hotel again next time we visit Vientiane.

When we arrived, we were greeted with champagne served in beautiful glasses. The reception area was elegant, and we really loved the breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful—they even arranged a taxi through an app, ensuring we weren’t overcharged by the driver.
We only found out at check-out that guests with an AirAsia boarding pass could enjoy additional benefits. There was a sign mentioning this, but we hadn’t noticed it. It would have been much more helpful if this had been explained to us at check-in, as guests don’t always pay attention to signage.
Very friendly and helpful hotel management and staff. Generous and tasty a-la-carte breakfast and free minibar. Nicely furnished room with a very comfortable bed and spacious and well-equipped bathroom.
Windows that don't open and the rooftop restaurant with sunset views that is not as romantic as it sounds or a place to relax after a busy day. During my stay, it was mainly frequented by groups of people having fun.

L'hotel est tres bien placé, à quelques minutes de marche du night market et pas loin des attractions principales. Personnel attentif et souriant, chambres tres joliment décorées et design, literie comfortable. Le top est le petit déjeuner, copieux et de très bonne qualité.

Un très bel hôtel à la déco très stylée, super roof-top bar avec vue sur le Mékong, situé pas trop loin du centre-ville à pied. Personnel absolument charmant et aux petits soins, service absolument impeccable et dans la bonne humeur. Chambres très spacieuses, confortables, propreté irréprochable. Petit-déjeuner fabuleux. Une très belle adresse à recommander sans hésitation!!
