Beautiful hotel with friendliest staff
Pros:

The staff were really kind, friendly, welcoming and helped us solve a couple of problems! The hotel was super clean and comfy. We loved the bed and how soft the sheets were. Very well located place.

Pour atterrir en douceur à Vientiane.
Pros:

Amabilité du personnel, grande chambre de confort international. Lit lo très confortable.
Le rez-de-chaussée a beaucoup de cachet !
Emplacement très calme et pourtant proche du centre, même à pied.

Cons:

Pas d'espaces extérieurs ( sauf le rooftop qui ouvre uniquement en soirée). Interrupteurs électriques de la chambre très complexes :).
Instance un peu lourde pour demander de mettre d'excellentes notes sur Booking, Google, TripAdvisor... lors du check-out.

Super schöne Location mit ausgezeichnetem Essen für einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe des Zentrums.
Pros:

Frühstück ist sensationell und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, zudem sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere, grosse und sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Rooftop Restaurant des Hotels ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, die Menukarte ist sehr umfassend und die Speisen sind extrem lecker.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen, es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Einzig ein Gym wäre für uns noch wünschenswert gewesen.

Mauvais service J'ai demandé un réveil à 7h am, il a été fait à 7;15 am. la veille j'ai demandé qu'on réserve un taxi à 7;30h puisque mon travail débutait à 8h. à mon arrivée dans le lobby, on n'avait pas réservé de taxi...... j'ai du attendre 20 min pour que la voiture arrive. je suis donc arrivée en retard à mon travail..... vraiment un STAFF PEU FIABLE. J'éviterais ce hotel...
