Tuve una urgencia al llegar ,las chicas de recepción me asistieron y fueron muy amables... En el desayuno buffet muy atentos y amables. Es la segunda Vez q me alojo en este hotel, la primera vez tambien el sr de recepción al retirarme fue muy atento y me entregó como recuerdo una libreta de notas... justo lo necesitaba.
No dieron pantuflas.

La limpieza, la variedad del desayuno y, sobre todo, la calidez del equipo humano. El personal hace que te sientas muy 🤗
El punto débil fue la piscina. Al no ser climatizada, el agua estaba muy fría debido al mal tiempo y mis hijas se quedaron con las ganas de bañarse. Considero que un hotel de esta categoría debería contar con piscina temperada para que se pueda disfrutar en días nublados o lluviosos. ¡Por lo demás, todo muy bien!
Ojala pueda cambiar eso porque si queremos volver muy pronto ✨

Muy buen servicio. La atención es muy buena y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno es contundente y la comida del rest. Es muy rica. Atienden hasta las 11pm. Muy recomendable

El horario de uso de la piscina, muy corto, en un horario que no estamos en el hotel.
El hotel es genial, la habitación con todo lo necesario y mas. Buena ubicación, a poco pasos de la zona a comercial y la plaza de armas de Trujillo. Todo estuvo genial.
El desayuno. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no me pareció muy variado. Entiendo que latinoamerica se desayuna mas salado, pero si es bufete debería haber variedad de dulce, peroi bueno eso a gustos
