Excellent service. The staff went an extra mile to ensure my comfort. I loved the turn down delicacies they left in my room everyday just because.
We love staying at the Neelkanth Sarovar—it is such a lovely hotel—in fact, I would argue it’s the very best in Lusaka. The deluxe rooms are so spacious and comfortable with a separate seating area and a kitchen, including a cooktop for preparing small meals. I also appreciate the washer with a semi-enclosed balcony for hanging our clothes to dry. This is my 4th or 5th time to stay here, and I’m sure I will stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar again the next time I’m in Lusaka.
It’s the perfect stay in Lusaka. Location safely and cleanness top notch. I will always stay here. Staff excellent and always go beyond. Definitely recommend.

Only gripe is I came back at 2 am after night out .it took security 30 min to open gate .
Also breakfast menu is a bit suspect . Potatoes . Beef stew hmm. But overall good hotel
My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in over fifty countries. However, the Sarovar Premier is unlike any hotel we have ever stayed in.
This hotel is the best managed and operated place of lodging; from the front desk staff to the housekeepers; the chefs to the waiters/waitresses; from the gym staff to room service—we have seriously never witnessed such a well oiled and functioning hotel, ever!! Every staff member we encountered were pleasant, professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely caring.
We visit Zambia almost yearly and it is with great delight that we have found and now chosen our home away from home in Zambia!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE (plus it’s right across the street from Manda Hill Mall—very convenient).

In general, everything checks the box. The breakfast buffets might need a bot of work. The quality/brand of the sausages is not so good and the macon does not really work.
