Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.

If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.

This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great price option
Pros:

The location and the accessibility to the unit was great. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The unit was only clean in the general areas. Under the seats, in the creases of the seats were quite dirty and there were some broken things as well.

Double booking issue was awful. Direct communication with owner via a phone call would have helped.
Pros:

Location is good
Car park great but entry past the rubbish area was awful, smell and flies
Size of apartment good
Great to have washing machine and drier

Cons:

Told we had booked two apartments, we didn’t
Told we wouldn’t get a refund which was extremely stressful
Had to deal with booking.com and owners when all we wanted was to relax. Poor communication with both parties. We are now awaiting a refund for second apartment.
Carpet was awful. Walls need plastering fixes and painting.

Cons:

Shower could do with a refresh as there was visible rust. Also fridge and air con system was noisy, especially noticeable at night.

It was ok, I would suggest changing the carpet, as it was quite ugly and stained.

Cons:

The carpet was stained throughout the one-bedroom deluxe apartment. The couch was hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The space in the lounge was huge and bare.

Staff and location were great

Cons:

The beds were comfortable and clean but I'm afraid the carpet was a mess, door handles are falling off, the basin was chipped, etc. Not at all what I expect from a "Superior Two Bedroom Suite".
