Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.

If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.

This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please be advised that all account settlements paid with a credit card including PayWave incur a 2.5% surcharge the total amount.

Pros:

Location was brilliant. Close and central to a lot of attractions. 5min walk to Westfield Newmarket.

Cons:

Beds were very hard. You could feel the springs through the bed. Looked and felt like they were cheap and in need of replacing. Furniture was just the same. The back was broken on one side of couch and if you sat in the wrong place you would just be sitting on the wood of the frame. The air-con unit didn't heat. Had to use two electric heaters that we found in the wardrobes. Carpet looked dirty and worn. We had a family of 4. If all had a shower in the morning then easily run out of hot water.

Great stay, will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great being right next to the mall and it was easy to check in and check out.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of construction happening right next to the hotel. Some sort of communication regarding that would have been nice.

Great location, secure free parking directly below building and clean, warm apartment.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy apartment. Very close to Newmarket mall - 5 min walk. Private, secure parking.

Cons:

Didn’t realise the building was unmanned so it was a bit tricky to check in as we arrived at about 8pm and there was no reception in the morning but was able to leave keys as per instruction.

Pros:

Quite spacious and convenient to our destination.

Cons:

Quite dirty carpet perhaps disgusting. Some furniture not that comfortable. No instructions for heating. Fans going non stop in bathrooms.

Great location but tired apartment
Pros:

Have stayed several times before as these apartments are in a great location, walking distance to Newmarket shops and resturants and easy access to the motorway.

Cons:

The apartments are looking tired. This apartment had stained carpet, mismatched chairs with one that was broken, very hard beds and very limited utensils for an apartment with kitchen (and no wine glasses).
