Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.

If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.

This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pros:

Great location - right behind Westfield shopping centre and between Newmarket and Epsom (good neighbourhoods). Mostly clean and comfortable. They provided dishwasher and washing powder which was great.

Cons:

Stains on the carpets and crumbs in the sofa. Not much in the kitchen other than basics but close to lots of restuarants so not really a problem.

Pros:

Great location and good size apartment. It was well set uo and had everything we needed. Was very clean.

Location was good but would not recommend this venue.
Cons:

City views were the Newmarket Motorway Viaduct and Westgate carpark. Motorway was busy and noisy for most of the night. Small dog at the venue barking loudly 6.30am was not great. Carpet in bedroom has numerous stains.

Overall a great stay and we'd definitely visit again, thank you.
Pros:

Spacious and very functional design. Beautiful courtyard garden, lovely and cool in hot weather. For a very noisy location, interior of building on west side reasonably quiet. Staff very pleasant and courteous.

Cons:

Loo paper thicker than 1 ply .
Bigger coffee plunger than a 2-cup one in a suite for 4 people.
Mattress protectors stained, very unacceptable.

Great location and having a secure car park was great. The place really needs a good clean

Cons:

Really needs a good clean, carpets, walls and even the compendium needs cleaned and repaired everything apart from the bathroom was filthy.
Had a heap of fruit flys hanging around the kitchen sink.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Building site next door very noisy
The worst part was when I read other reviews from the last year everyone had had the same comments and you haven’t done anything to rectify this!

Value and location
Pros:

Clean, good price, location to Mall great.

Cons:

Bed mattress was not flat, on a lean outwards, just needs,replaceing.
Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but it was that bad we booked another motel for the second.

Cleanliness. The carpets were disgusting, there were stains on the lounge and watermarks from spills, there were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. There were cobwebs all over the glass doors & windows, and there was a juice container full of cigarette butts on the veranda, which was also covered in dirt.
