Pros:

It iss a selfproclaimed 5 star hotel. But i would say 3 star at best. However it is the best hotel in town. My experience at checkin was terrible. the lady checking me in refused to speak to me and just ignored me. what a bad welcome. The rooms are so so and a lot of noise from the main road. I will stay here again only because they are the best hotel around

Very bad from the hotel and Hotels.com
Pros:

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. I’m not sure how this hotel is 5 stars. Loads mosquitoes, dirty and also not convenient. I booked 2 nights but due to personal reasons I had to cancel one night and the reception agreed to refund me back. When I checked out, after 3 days, there was no response from the hotel. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund me.
Partial mistake is also from Hotels.com which have me bad services and the staff seemed not to know what they doing. I won’t be booking through hotels.com anymore due to poor service and unprofessional approach to the situation.
