Nice and cosy with spa facilities in a nearby hotel
Pros:

The property is very nice and comfortable with a cosy atmosphere, it has a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would need for a nice holiday in the mountains. We had the breakfast and dinner option and were very happy with the food. There were good options for children as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas for outdoors activities appropriate for our son’s age

Cons:

The property offers access to the spa facilities of a nearby hotel, the swimming pool, sauna and spa treatments are very nice, but you need to walk approx 300m from the suits to the spa, carrying your towels, bath robe etc. In cold weather this can be off putting. We would have used the spa more if we didn’t have to dress for snowy weather and carry our wet bathrobes from one building to the other. Next time we would book directly in the main building, where there is also the restaurant and the reception.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Alles war perfekt, der Service, das Personal, die Fewos, das Hotel selbst, das Essen, der Spa, die Lage, einfach das Beste, was wir jemals erlebt haben!!!
Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen, war exklusiv und das die „Chefs“ sich die Zeit nehmen, persönlich mit den Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen, ist einmalig.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, in diesem Hotel hat weiß man was Service bedeutet und wie es funktioniert. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht, werden aber definitiv nochmal länger kommen.

Doskonałe warunki pogodowe , fantastyczne stoki, dobrze wyposażony apartament- niczego nie brakowało , świetne wyżywienie i wspaniała obsługa hotelu wpłynęły na to , iż nasz urlop ,spędzony u Państwa , udał się znakomicie!

Velice ochotná recepční. Wellness v hlavním hotelu (dochozí vzdálenost od apartmánů cca 3-5 minut). Apatrtmán nový, krásně moderně zařízení s vanou i sprchovým koutem. Vybavená menší kuchyň. Pohodlné postele a krásný výhled z balkónů. Přímo v centru města.
