I stayed 3 nights from 27.11.25. I had a most Plesent stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The Location was fantastic. Closer to Main Railway and the Main bus stand.

Demitra G Apartments - great quiet however a very convenient location
Pros:

The staff and owner were lovely, the space was laid out to the best the area allowed.
It was clean and bright and the amenities were good and as described.
Pool area lovely and clean. Weather wasnt on our side, so no swimming in the pool.
Its convenient for the buses into Corfu Town (No 7), by the Peugeot/JetOil/No 7 bus stops & large supermarket on the main road. Main road around 70 meters away, just a few mins walk.
Supermarket around 150 meters from the accommodation.
Across the main road is the main area of Gouvia's shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach.

Cons:

Would have liked the other mosquito shutters to have been working, especially in the bathroom. Only one working was the kitchen. Patio missing too.
For others booking, note that the bathroom is lovely however it is a little on the tight size space-wise.
Restricted storage if two people were staying for a week or more. We stayed 3 nights and took clothes out of our bags.

Poteva andare meglio
Pros:

Ero stata attratta dalle foto della location, ma purtroppo non corrispondevano alla realtà dei fatti. Struttura sciatta e trascurata, pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Attrezzatura minima e obsoleta in cucina. Non c'era illuminazione esterna dal parcheggio agli appartamenti. Peccato, perché gli spazi ci sono, le camere sono spaziose, la struttra è tranquilla e la posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti. Note positive: piscina curata (alla fine sembra l'unica vera attrattiva della struttura) e parcheggio in loco.

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa: nel bagno abbiamo trovato peli nel wc, e i lavandini erano puliti sommariamente;
La cucina non era funzionale, c'erano appena un paio di posate e due pentole vecchie;
Lenzuola macchiate;
Foto non corrispondenti alla realtà.
La comunicazione con lo staff è stata molto sommaria e non ho mai ricevuto risposte su un paio di richieste relative all pagamento.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo alta.

Pros:

I loved everything about Dimitra s appt. We booked the bungalow, so cute and private.
The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and cafes - beach and marina a short walk from the apartments. Small shop just at the entrance and a larger one very short walk. The whole place was very clean. Had the pool to ourselves a few times, so relaxing. Marguirite was so friendly and helpful. Also a lovely lady in the office organised a taxi for us to get to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again. Dimitra apartments and Gouvia are a great place to spend some time. 10 out of 10.👍

On a adoré ...
Pros:

Merci à Dimitra et à Margarita pour le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé. La maisonnette est bien agréable, avec une terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. Deux chambres bien équipées, une kitchenette suffisante pour gérer petit déj, et repas rapide. Mais les restaurants sont à 5 mn à pieds, donc pourquoi cuisiner ?
La piscine est belle et bien entretenue. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Le plus pour les amoureux des chats : il y en a qui viendront vous rendre visite si vous les acceptez. Corfou est l'ile aux chats ... et les habitants en prennent bien soin.

Goed appartement voor een aantal dagen Gouvia
Pros:

Appartement ligt dicht bij bushalte en centrum Gouvia. Voor en achter terras. Lekkere bedden, goede wifi en airco.

Cons:

Keuken is wat gedateerd, maar had wel alles. Badkamer wat klein.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel!!!
Pros:

Je logeais dans la p'tite maison être. Elle était super!!! P'tite cuisine, salle de bain ,les 2 chambres étaient confortable et propre .
La piscine était super
J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, je reviendrais sans problème

Cons:

Le petit point c'est juste qu'il est au-dessus de la grande route principale et les voitures roulent vite . Mais tout est top!!!
