Apart Hotel Selenza

Staff was awful. Terrible customer service. Reception woman Brenda was ignorant and does not have any customer service skills. Should have read the reviews prior to booking the hotel. Although hotel is in a good area, staff does not know how to treat hotel clients.

Hotel also has plumbing problems as there was water on the bathroom floor from the toilet.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, todo esta muy limpio y el desayuno fue muy bueno, sin embargo, a las 6 de la mañana encendieron la bomba de la piscina que hace un ruido insoportable.

Excellent place to stay when traveling to Cochabamba. Neat apart hotel, the manager is always ready to help with any inquiries. Highly recommended.

Place was not clean. I would not be surprised they if they did not even change the sheets. Free breakfast was included, but they could not provide one for me at 7:55AM.

Tienen todo lo necesario dentro de kaa habitaciones, es muy limpio y muy bonito

No tienen opción para pagar con tarjeta, tuve que salir a buscar un ATM para sacar dinero y pagar en efectivo
Las cortinas (oscuras) no cerraban
Me quisieron cobrar por unas manchas (nórmales) de maquillaje al agua y por unas marcas en el edredón , me castigaron un día sin toallas en el baño de mis hijos por esta razón, cuando pedi hablar con el gerente o el supervisor me dijeron que era fin de semana y que no había nadie a cargo mas que la recepcionista y la camarera (por cierto la camarera tenia mas preparación y criterio)
Su desayuno si bien te suben a la habitación es muy básico
Fue una experiencia terrible, no solo para mi, si no también para otros huéspedes que vi como a la hora de hacer check out tenían el mismo problema por marcas en las toallas
No lo recomiendo para nada

Bonito hotel, muy comodo y buen precio, solo un detalle; en el desayuno los servicios estaban mal lavados, las cucharas y tenedores tenian comida pegada lo que me anduvo espantando un poco el seguir desayunando, lo demas perfecto.

God beliggenhet. Rent og pent. Nytt. Hyggelig betjening. God service. Godt utstyrte rom. (kunne hatt aercondition) Harde senger. Noe støy utenfra. Enkel Frokostbuffet. "Bassenget" er ikke et basseng men et stort yacussi som ikke virker.

Las TV son grandes y el wifi rápido.
Buen desayuno...completo. tiene piscina pero pequeña...

Spacious, beautiful rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds, soft, plush towels. The staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive.

Rooms are nice and the location is great but the service was terrible. First day we were without internet. The second day we did not get any breakfast, because they opened late. The third day we wanted to go to the sauna but it was in maintenance. During the last day, we had asked before for the late checkout for a few hours and we had to pay $25. I asked if the late check out would be compensated because we did not have internet, breakfast or sauna, but we hd to pay anyway. Rooms are nice, so it's a pity that the service is so terrible.

Limpo, bonjto, confortável. Não tem ar condicionado e o café da manhã é bem simples.
