La gentillesse du personnel, très bien situé, près de tous les endroits touristiques, bon petit déjeuner.
En vrai pas grande chose , peut être un peu de bruit le soir pour ce qui se couchent tôt vu que c’est tout près du callejón del beso.

No sound proof so the noise from other rooms is loud. We had the bad luck to be the same night that some other party people but it’s a great place to stay anyway

Me enviaron fotos con diferentes opciones de habitación y costos. José Luis no escatima en atención paciente y personalizada
Todo me gustó, sin embargo la terraza a veces se llena mucho para la hora del desayuno y aunque aún hay pequeños sitios en las mesas, faltan unas pocas de sillas más para todos caber al mismo tiempo. El desayuno excelente!! y la atención superior

La cama, era demasiado pequeña, el baño tenía mucho olor a cañería, tenía un escalón entre la puerta y el baño, varias veces me pase a caer.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Close to el callejon del beso and downtown. Delicious breakfast.
Didn’t know parking was offsite and although they do request a taxi to transport guest from the free parking location to the hotel, the guest need to pay for that.
Me gusto mucho que se encuentra en una ubicación muy tradicional, está en un callejón a la vuelta del callejón del beso, las habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno muy rico
Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero eso no fue ningún problema
The location was great. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff awesome. Although the hotel is in centro, it was quiet.
It does not have a/c or elevators. That said, they supplied us with a fan and strong arms to carry our bags.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!
The room was the size of a closet with ceilings that were so low you could hit your head on every beam. No windows and humidity and mold beyond any acceptable level. When we asked them to switch rooms they told us they had another room, and then they told us it would cost almost the double of the original cost. The staff was friendly but could not resolve the problems. They were good at coming up with excuses but not resolving the problem.
Don’t stay there! They crammed rooms into spaces that in reality should be storage spaces. My next visit I will gladly pay twice as much as go back to my preferred hotel in Guanajuato!
