Pros:

La vista a la ciudad, y las amenidades como el desayuno.

Cons:

La cama, era demasiado pequeña, el baño tenía mucho olor a cañería, tenía un escalón entre la puerta y el baño, varias veces me pase a caer.

We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Close to el callejon del beso and downtown. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Didn’t know parking was offsite and although they do request a taxi to transport guest from the free parking location to the hotel, the guest need to pay for that.

Pros:

Me gusto mucho que se encuentra en una ubicación muy tradicional, está en un callejón a la vuelta del callejón del beso, las habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno muy rico

The location was great. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff awesome. Although the hotel is in centro, it was quiet.

Cons:

It does not have a/c or elevators. That said, they supplied us with a fan and strong arms to carry our bags.

The room was the size of a closet with ceilings that were so low you could hit your head on every beam. No windows and humidity and mold beyond any acceptable level. When we asked them to switch rooms they told us they had another room, and then they told us it would cost almost the double of the original cost. The staff was friendly but could not resolve the problems. They were good at coming up with excuses but not resolving the problem.
Don’t stay there! They crammed rooms into spaces that in reality should be storage spaces. My next visit I will gladly pay twice as much as go back to my preferred hotel in Guanajuato!

well-managed property in central Guanajuato
Pros:

Excellent attention from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff. Good communication with reception - they answered my questions & made sure I knew how to find the hotel. Nice breakfast. Location is suitable to walk to the tourist attractions, but there is a small hill on the return!

Cons:

My room had a very low ceiling. Breakfast service takes about an hour. During my stay the terrace dining area filled immediately at 8am, and those who didn’t get a seat had to wait until 9am. Something to be aware of if you’ve booked a tour or have a morning bus or flight.

Se solicito la informarmacion para el estacionemiento, y jamas nos comunicaron que solo se tenia un espacio de estacionamiento por lo que lo que pagamos fue excesivamente caro,

Que no te dicen que el estacionamiento está en otra parte y que, aparte de que tienes que llevar el carro hasta otro lugar, uno tiene que pagar taxi de ida y vuelta.

Pros:

Ihana hotelli vanhankaupungin sydämessä. Viihtyisät tilat ja erittäin sydämellinen henkilökunta. ❤️ Yövyimme superior huoneessa koska siinä oli ilmastointi. Olimme ensin 8 yötä ja palasimme vielä pariksi käytyämme välillä rannikolla.

Cons:

Ei oikeastaan mitään huonoja puolia. Toki jos on huono liikkumaan hotellille melkoista nousua.

El servicio del personal es excelente, francamente profesionales en su trabajo y en todos mis viajes jamás había sido atendido por personal de hotel tan atento.
