Pros:

La locación estuvo excelente muy cerca del centro fácil de movilizarse, la limpieza y el servicio excelente, nos atendieron muy bien en todo momento, el agua estaba caliente y el desayuno exquisito muy completo con fruta y plato fuerte.
Definitivamente volvería a alejarme en este hotel.

El ruido de una habitación a otra se escucha todo y las cerraduras

Very Good
Pros:

Everything was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. An adjustment needed to be made and upon calling the hotel the adjustment was made without any problems, again the staff was very friendly and willing to assist.

Cons:

We had issues with the hot water. We dont know if there was issues with the boiler or something but in the middle of the showers the water went from hot to luke warm.

No lo recomiendo difícil acceso y malos olores en la habitación .
Pros:

Nada, la verdad no me quedé, tuve que cambiar de hotel, el acceso es muy complicado hay que caminar mucho y la habitación tenía unos olores horribles.

Cons:

Que no proporcionen información más clara sobre sus limitaciones como el difícil acceso , las subidas y escaleras, la complicada situación del estacionamiento, sobre todo para advertir a personas con problemas de movilidad.

Pros:

2 minute walk down to central , room was confy and spacious!

Cons:

Had to call the front desk about hot water issues both morning, apparently an outside business did not change propane tank when asked by staff - so is normally not an issue. And one power outlet not working. Be ready for a cardio workout ( we all need) on the way back up to your room from central.

Cozy and welcoming staff. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious. Breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

For a family visiting Guanajuato for the first time, it is important to emphasize exactly how narrow the streets are and that reaching the hotel by car is not an option. Parking and walking is the safest option although it is a steep walk up, important to take a light weight stroller if you have small children.
