Disappointing and stressful.
Cons:

The amount of stairs to the room with no lifts, no disability access. No safety catches on the windows. Rough around the edges, the photos displayed are 9 years old. The place needs a refresh. It is not worth £150 per night and the customer service was poor when it came to resolving an issue, causing unnecessary duress. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for luxury or comfort. It's very basic and there was nothing superior about the room we were allocated upon arrival. We didn't stay due to my wife's disability and the property being inaccessible with nothing on the site describing the access. We found out upon arrival whereby my wife was walked up two flights of steep stairs, whilst wearing a neck brace and using crutches, her disability being very visible resulting in her being in agony and becoming ill afterwards. We then had a stressful experience in trying to obtain a refund with the owner and a member of staff being discourteous to my wife on the phone while trying to get the matter resolved.

Overall we had a lovely stay at the billycan and would stay again
Pros:

Location was close to beach, shops bars and restaurants.
Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Large modern well equipped room.
Plenty of beverages in room. Additional biscuits and bottled water
was a nice touch. Good quality toiletries.

Cons:

Breakfast would have been a bonus.
A bit noisy outside on the street with windows closed.

Very pleasant stay in a lovely part of Wales
Pros:

The light in the rooms, the level of warmth. The facilities were good and location to the town was superb

Cons:

It got noisy as the pubs shut, which was unfortunate. Limited parking and stairs inside meant we had to carry our cases up and down to our rooms

What a pleasant surprise, we expected Tenby to be a ghost town in December but pretty much all the gift shops and places
Pros:

Great location, although no on street parking there was a multi storey car park nearby which was free to park on in December but would have been only 3 pounds for 24hours other times, food in the restaurant was good portions were massive

Cons:

Nothing negative to say here
