The Quality has Declined
Pros:

Convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. Ample parking, free breakfast, plenty of space to stretch out. The shower was nice and hot.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean, sinks didn't drain, the ice machine rattled all night, the air conditioner sounded like a semi-truck every time it came on. The bathroom had no fan, so the entire bathroom/bedroom filled with steam every time we showered. The breakfast was fair, but not fresh or warm. The carpets were dirty and the furniture had a strange smell. We've stayed here before but the quality has declined. We will not return.

Property is hidden gem.
Pros:

Overall, our stay was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was also clean, easily accessible, and a great place to relax. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is customer support by phone. If you need to call the property, it can be a frustrating experience. The phone numbers listed on Google and Booking.com connect to a virtual assistant rather than the hotel directly, making it difficult to reach a real person when you need immediate help. Having direct access to hotel staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

Everything nice except unable to bring breakfast to my room.
Pros:

Property was very clean, and mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to bring my breakfast to my room.

We didn’t have time to sit downstairs to eat breakfast so I went down early to bring it to our room and was told I can’t take it to my room☹️

We had to check out and go purchase breakfast!

Ótima hospedagem , recomendo !!! Voltarei !!!!

Quartos novos , quanto grande para família , cozinha completa e moderna , ótima cama , ótimo café da manhã ( para os padrões americanos ) o melhor que já fiquei na região . Academia boa . Receber encomendas (apesar de cobrar).
