Hotelové služby byly velmi dobré. Nemáme žádné výhrady.

Jelikož nastal problém v našich rezervacích způsobený špatným zadáváním termínu v rezervačním systému booking.com (často nevědomky v procesu rezervace přeskočí rok a dojde k špatnému termínu rezervace), potřebovali jsme toto vyřešit s hotelovým personálem. Zaměstnanci na recepci nám vyšli vstříc, problém pouze je s hotelovým managmentem, který ani přes mnohé urgence ze strany nás i ze strany booking.com ani po několika týdnech není schopen odpovědět na dotaz tak, abychom mohli vše účetně dořešit. Komunikace managmentu je opravdu nulová. Škoda, díky tomu již služby raději nikdy nevyužijeme. Jedná se o docela dost velkou částku.

Comfortable, clean and perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect- right near the Disney parks! I feel it was a good price for the location. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The parking was good and the price was good compared to other hotels we have stopped in whilst in America.
Can buy Disney park tickets on site and the man was very helpful with giving us the info we needed.
We had the breakfast one morning and it was ok with good options. I think there are more options on a weekend.
We didn’t use the facilities but the pool and gym both looked small but equipped for what would be needed for a short stay!

Cons:

We had a few issues with other people on our floor and the noise. Several guests shouting and screaming sounded like arguing. One incident involved hotel security- props to them for dealing with it so quickly!!!

Very nice hotel with private bedroom and great breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. They always had a smile on their face. I love that the bedroom has a door so you do not hear what is going on in the sitting room.

Cons:

The water was not hot enough in the shower and the pressure was lacking. I like a really good, hot shower. I asked about it at the front desk and they sent someone immediately and offered to change out room. As we were only staying one more night, I told them I would just deal with the situation. The temperature improved but unfortunately not the pressure. The staff were attentive and checked in again the next morning to see if I was happy.
