A five star hotel plus
Pros:

Total amazing place. The front Desk was totally helpful. I had some troubles with my hotel reservations but they help me work everything out. The troubles was I made the mistake but they were very helpful and willing to step up and do what they can do to help me with my issue. Every time they saw us alway very Friendly and they went out of their way to ensure that everything was OK with us. The rooms are nice clean. I would highly recommend anybody to stay here a five star plus for me

唯一要改善就是浴室的水壓，還有就是沒有熱水，幸好是夏天7月份，要不然就冷死了

Pros:

地點是非常滿意,靜中帶旺,雖然是內街,但亦有景觀,附近有餐廳,是非常方便,而服務員態度是非常友善. 房內清潔度滿意.

Pros:

Perfect location right in West Street. Sit on the balcony with your coffee and people watch. You can watch West Street awaken. It is very vibrant in the evening, things quieten down at 11 pm. Food and shops all around.
Rooms were clean and compact. There's a lovely room with a sitiing lounge for 2 but the balcony is perfect anyway for 3.
Staff were fantastic, one spoke good English and others were friendly and helpful with sign language. This hotel is near the bus stop to Yangshuo, etc. It is in a pedestrian street and there are times when the car is not allowed in, so make sure you check in and out at the right time. But it is not a far walk from the bus stop. You can hire electric scooter much cheaper and book your San Jie show through them or any of the tourist shop at discounted price and shuttle service provided foc.
Highly recommended for a short stay.
