The cost isn’t worth the stay considering bathroom sanitation.
Pros:

Food was amazing, 5 stars.

Cons:

Bathroom is dirty including the shower heads. Visible mildew and stains is unsightly for a hotel that costs around $230 a night. I’d expect better, but this level of cleanliness makes it hard to separate this hotel from the average local 3 star hotel. Photos always look nice online until you stay in person.

Pros:

Very clean, very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms/bathrooms.

Cons:

Room 606 air conditioning was extremely noisy. Woke me up a couple times. The seal for the shower door needs replaced.

Atmosphere is great! Around the corner from ERAU. Check-in is confusing.
Pros:

Love the racetrack vibe! There is a cute little outdoor shopping/food village with a very good Italian restaurant. The property is very well kept, and close to ERAU.

Cons:

Check-in/Lobby is on the 2nd floor. There aren’t any initial signs ,when you come in the door, stating where the lobby is, which is a bit confusing. The only signs saying so, are sm. on the elevator. I also tried to change my reservations from 3nights to 2, in advance, and was told I couldn’t.
