Highly recommend this hotel..very clean & comfortable...great location
Pros:

Great hotel...everything very clean.
Super location- literally across the road from the Metro. ( always helpful staff at Metro)
Coffee shops & restaurants nearby.
25mins walk to Boston Common.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK...overcooked scrambled egg...disposable cutlery & dishes everyday- which I don't like. ...however there was no shortage of food even at 9.55am !!

Overall our stay was pleasant and we really did appreciated the staff - they were so helpful.

Cons:

Bad wifi connections, loud heating and cooling system, not enough storage for clothes - there are no drawers. stayed for four days.

Overall good location for the price.
Pros:

Easy to commute into Seaport, North End and Downtown Boston. Across the street from the Broadway redline stop. No parking, valet is your only option.
staff is excellent.

Cons:

Lobby bar was not open
breakfast is limited
