Good hotel if you don’t end up in a room on the ground floor.”
Pros:

Great staff, great location next to the ski slope, good food.

Cons:

We ended up in a room on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot and parked cars. That was quite a disappointment, and I didn’t feel like I was getting value for my money. I don’t understand why a hotel like this has rooms on the ground floor in the first place. At the very least, they should make sure guests know they are booking a ground-floor room and offer a discount for it. Also, both the wellness area and the ski room are quite small, so it’s not a very pleasant experience during busy hours.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pysznymi śniadaniami i doskonałym dostępem do stoku narciarskiego - wpinasz sprzęt i jedziesz. Na plus garaż podziemny.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní s dovolenkou. Ubytovanie v luxusnom hoteli priamo na svahu, krásne izby a vybavenie, všade čisto. Reštaurácia, jedlo, obsluha a personál na úrovni. Raňajky boli kvalitné formou bufetu a večere krásne a luxusne servírované na výber z viacerých kvalitných jedál s milou obsluhou. Takže jedlo - pastva pre oči i maškrtný jazýček. Parkovanie je zabezpečené pred hotelom, alebo vo veľkej garáži v hoteli. Lyžovačka nám vyšla, upravené trate, slniečko, čo viac si priať. Po lyžovačke dobre padla sauna. Ďakujeme, vrelo odporúčame.

Schönen Kurzurlaub direkt an der Piste verbracht.
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett - waren schon 1 Stunde früher vor einchecken da, haben davor Bescheid gesagt, war kein Problem.
Super Frühstücks-Auswahl und super Lage direkt an der Piste. Preis-Leistung war top!!! gerne wieder

Die Lage ist ideal auch wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Direkt am Übungslift und an der Talfahrt

Cons:

Wenn ich unbedingt was sagen soll, dann hat der Pool gefehlt aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Pros:

Večerní recepční byla naprosto skvělá! Dala nám spoustu tipů na zábavu a různé vychytávky a byla velmi ochotná! Snídaně byly luxusní a sauna s možností ochlazení ve sněhu na terase bombová! I kdyz jsme byli ubytovaní v přízemí, vůbec to nevadilo, pořád bylo vidět na hory a lépe se nám stěhovaly věci z a do auta. No a pak hotel na sjezdovce, u které se spouští lanovka uz v 8 hodin, je velká výhra a záruka manšestru. Moc děkujeme!

Prostoren in zelo lep apartma ob smučišču
Pros:

Lep in prostoren apartma z dvema kopalnicama. Velik balkon s pogledom na smučišče. Postelja in posoda za psičko.
Neposreden dostop do smučišča. Zajtrki so bili raznoliki in odlični.

Cons:

Težka vrata na hodnikih apartmajev, ki jih je bilo potrebno vedno odpirat. Premajhen in preveč ogrevan fitnes. Tesnila tuš kabin bi bilo potrebno očistit vodnega kamna.

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie jeśli przyjechałeś na narty, deskę. Bezpośrednio ze skiroom wychodzisz na stok i zjeżdzasz do gondoli. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w restauracji. Przestronne bardzo dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Wygodne łóżka. Piękne widoki. Sauna, spa. Do pełni szczęścia brakuje basenu.

Cons:

Tylko nieporozumienie, spięcie z Panią w recepcji, która pomyliła karty do pokoju i miała pretensję o to, że otworzyłem ten, do którego dała mi klucz.

Freundliches Personal, hohe Qualitätsstandards, sehr gut organisiert und prima Frühstücksbuffet.
Super Ausstattung und Lage.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich etwas klein.

Good stay and excellent location but can be improved
Pros:

Great location and the staff was super friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent both in terms of breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Facilities are somewhat lacking. The ski room is pretty small and can get very crowded. And there's essentially no facilities in any way for kids, which is a big drawback.
Also, staff was somewhat inflexible with allowing us to use facilities on the check out day. It was essentially strictly prohibited which wasn't very courteous.
