Es un hotel básico en una excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación. Las camas fueron cómodas. El joven de recepción amable. El desayuno es sencillo huevos, pan, arepa, pero con buen sabor, la mujer que atendió ese servicio con excelente actitud.

Cons:

La limpieza, en realidad vi y sentí que la habitación que me asignaron y las zonas comunes donde transite en el hotel estaban faltas de aseo. No tiene agua caliente; no es tan necesario porque el agua no sale tan fría, pero si le da un plus. Al desayuno le deberían agregar opción de frutas para ser mas completo.

Pros:

Cons:

They accepted a reservation for a room they didn't have available, or decided to overbook leaving me stranded! I placed this reservation and received confirmation of it from the hotel. Upon arrival I was told their rooms have sold out and I was left in the middle of the night without a room in a foreign city! Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this hotel which lacks common decency and does not honor their legal commitments with customers.
