Room cold and very noisy all night. Don’t bother eating there.
Pros:

Location was great , room was clean

Cons:

Room was cold windows didn’t shut so there was road noise all night. Had dinner which was terrible, the pie looked like it had been cooked for a week, dry and inedible, I don’t leave food but I left this and got some sweets from the garage! Breakfast wasn’t much better with cheap sausages & bacon again inedible.

Improved service
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Breakfast good and items replenished without having to ask. Lovely poached eggs. Ground floor shower had good water pressure, unlike previous stay on 2nd floor.

Cons:

Double ground floor room basic but ok. Bedrooms in process of ongoing renovations which is good to see.
