Pros:

L'appartement se trouve dans la résidence City Life situé sur Queen Street. A moins de 10 mn de marche du quai et de la tour Sky City. Comme la résidence, l'appartement en lui même est très propre, fonctionnelle et confortable, nous y étions très bien. Je le recommande vivement vous ne le regretterez pas.

Great location, Worn out bed, No hotel services
Pros:

This is an independently owned apartment hotel unit within a hotel. The pro is that you'll save some money not booking directly. The con is that the room is less maintained and you will not have access to hotel services like housekeeping or luggage storage. I found that the bed was way too soft. Luckily I was a solo traveler, but I still rolled into the middle and had to climb out of the bed as the sides were all raised above me. If there are two of you, you will slide into each other in the middle. The shower door leaked all over the floor. There were hard water stains on the tile showing this had long been an issue. I was given only 2 towels for 4 days. There were no extra towels, blankets, or pillows available. The furniture, cabinetry, and countertops had cosmetic damage. Housekeeping was so-so. There was dust/dirt in the corners and behind doors.
The location can't be beat. And I would consider it a 4/5 with the exception of the bed and the linens. That was unacceptable.
