Our room was spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities that you would need. The room was serviced daily to perfection.
The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Front of desk staff helped us organise tours, taxis and gave us any information we needed. They greeted us warmly at all times.
Breakfast staff made sure our food arrived on time and were attentive and always pleasant.
The breakfast menu had choices of eastern and western food and was very good.
The hotel is walking distance to the old town, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The hotel doesn’t have any food availability after 5pm, so you need to source it elsewhere.
Thankyou
It had everything needed, we were comfortable with the room and the building overall.
Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma.
The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us).
Nice and spacious room with all necessary amenities, well equipped bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Some street noise at night. Friendly and competent staff. Nice breakfast.
Amazing property. Very cool and surpassed our expectations.
Small, cute hotel with beautiful rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was nice. Slightly outside the main area, but it’s very walkable.
My favourite hotel in Chiang Mai! The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It feels like home away from home.
This was my 2nd stay at The Bridge and this time they had a pool. Chef's kiss! I didn’t think it could get any better.
Wonderful place!
Spacious rooms and suites in this small hotel, clean and comfortable. Many good dining options nearby and walkable to the night bazaar. Helpful and cheery staff always there to help you. Only thing is there are no lifts but it's only 3 stories up.
The most beautiful place we have stayed at during our trip. The hotel is decorated beautifully and the staff was above and beyond with service. We will be returning!
Fantastic
Lots of character
Fantastic staff
We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and it became home. Our room had two bathrooms, a large bed and two work areas as well as a sofa. It was perfect for work. The hotel is historic and well restored. We had meetings every morning downstairs for breakfast-The breakfast was outstanding and I loved fresh papaya every morning.
We were in Chiang Mai for four days, and I wanted to find a nice hotel close to the Old City but not all the hustle and bustle so we could enjoy quiet evenings.
I found great reviews on The Bridge Hotel, and we booked two rooms for my companion and me. Since the cost was not that much higher, we booked the two largest suites in the hotel. We arrived in Chiang Mai and took a Grab from the airport to our hotel. I had been communicating with the hotel to let them know our approximate arrival time.
Once we arrived at the hotel, there was a front desk person to greet us and another who provided us with a cool drink. The check-in process was smooth, and we were soon given an actual key to the room. We left our luggage in the lobby as they have no elevators and will bring your luggage to your room. The hotel only has 4 floors, so it was not a crazy amount of stairs.
I was shown my room and was blown away when we walked in. The room was extremely large and had two AC units to cool it. There was a large couch area with a table, walk-in closet, and dining table. Everything was extremely nice and well kept. There were actually two bathrooms in this room: a smaller toilet and sink as you enter and a very large main bathroom next to the bed area. While everything was incredible, the only small item I would have to ding them on was the shower. It was a little run down and could use some new grout or caulk to fix the edges and corners. The bed was amazing and I slept like a baby every night.
Our rooms included breakfast each morning and the restaurant is on the main floor. They give you a menu to order from and you can order as much as you like. Over the course of 4 days, I tried everything, and they were all delicious.
We also found out that we were the only two people in the hotel, and they were basically running it for us every day. It is the slow season, but the service did not disappoint one bit. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Chiang Mai.
Very nice working staff, helpful and kind
By far the best of the best boutique hotel in Thailand/Asia. It’s centrally located and walking distant to many places. The owner really has an impeccable taste. The hotel is beautifully designed with tasteful furniture and interior décor. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They also serve excellent Thai food in the restaurant downstairs. We stay here every time we go to Chiangmai. Highly recommended!!
An amazing boutique hotel. Although this hotel doesn’t have many rooms, the rooms they have are beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding and lovey Asian decor. The pool is also on the smaller side, but has massage jets to help weary travelers unwind. Upon checking in we were given choices for our breakfast in the morning. I expected it to be a buffet style, but no, it was cook to order table service, and all I can say is WOW! The chef takes pride in his work. Everything was delicious and presentation was fantastic. My only regret was not getting a photo of the meals we enjoyed there. The restaurant is open daily to all, as well is their Cafe. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the temple, shopping and the night market. The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Absolutely a delightful stay. The only drawback is there is no elevator. This may not be the hotel for you if you have a problem negotiating stairs.
Best hotel and staff ever. No reason to not stay here and enjoy yourself.
This was the best
I have stayed at multiple Hotels in Thailand and this has to be the best of all my experiences! The staff was amazing, they speak English and Thai, Food was great! The position where it sits is awesome for every thing you would want to do in Chiang Mai. The Room was fit for a King and Queen! Thank you sooooo much for making me comfortable, Kevin G. I will see you again!
A boutique hotel in true style - offering deluxe, spacious accommodation, with every amenity possible (including a second toilet); high-end bed linen and towels plus a tasty, breakfast!
The staff too were simply delightful and so helpful.
The location is perfect for any first-time (and seasoned) tourist to Chiang Mai. Located close to the Nawarat Bridge, there is a plethora of transport options, or, simply walk. Close to the Old City, Wororot Market and Wat Ket eateries.
The Bridge offers a newly constructed swimming pool (we didn’t make use of it) and a small, intimate restaurant and coffee shop.
Two minor negatives: no lift and potential noise from floorboards.
It was difficult for us to leave!
Fantastic place - highly recommend it. Splurge for the Presidential suite. Extremely high level of service from all staff. Special mention for Nidnoi who was a delight and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also: great coffees and breakfast.
