Un lugar muy bien ubicado, con excelentes instalaciones, el servicio y el wiifii me funcionaron perfecto, el desayuno fué en la zona de comedor que da a la piscina con mucho verde al rededor. me encantó!

Beautiful property very close to the archeological sites, the rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The only negative is that some of the rooms are very close close to the road and is very noise at night.

Pros:

Para mejorar no hay ninguna informacion sobre los parques arqueologicos que uno pueda visitar y su recorrido.. Hace falta folletos y numeros de telefonos de agencias turisticas donde uno pueda llamar y pedir informacion para visitar los diferentes lugares turisticos de San Agustin..

Gran ruido de 1 a 3 am frente a las habitaciones
Pros:

El hotel no está mal, pero es muy caro para lo que ofrece. El servicio estuvo ok. Terrible la rumba que montan frente al hotel, de 12 de media noche a 3 am! Altísimo volumen! No pudimos dormir bien ninguno de los dos días. Solo esto vale para no hospedarse allí.

liegt etwas ausserhalb. zimmer ok. nachdem eine grössere reisegruppe ankam und diese ein riesen fest veranstalteten auch mit live-musik und wir uns daraufhin zu später stunde beschwerten war die frau am empfang nicht mehr sehr freundlich. im gegenteil sie war eingeschnappt. wlan nur in der lobby, empfang könnte besser sein. frühstück haben wir ausgelassen da die reisegruppe vor uns war und das personal am buffet total überlastet war.
