Pros:

The location was good to the things we were doing.

Cons:

We paid for a certain room and they downgraded us. Once I seen our rooms, went down and told them. After 10 minutes of waiting, they gave us the proper rooms. Our bathroom door handle didn't work either.

The people were great, the room wasn't
Pros:

The staff was fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was wonderfully warm and friendly. Especially the waiter in the restaurant Friday morning. The best!

Cons:

The room temp was too high and didn't seem to be adjustable without assistance. The TV remote also barely worked. It took incredible effort and patience to get any button press to be recognized.

Pros:

Room was comfortable, location wonderful, the bell hop was extremely helpful and nice. Parking staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Cons:

My problem was not with the hotel which was fine. Dated but fine. My real problem was with booking.com. I paid to have breakfast included in my booking. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included. I rang booking.com support (not for the first time during this episode). I was informed to do the following:

We are sorry to hear about the confusion with regards to the breakfast on your reservation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to your travel plans. Please be assured that we are here to help.
In the event that the property will charge you for the price of breakfast even though it was already included on the price of your booking, kindly provide an invoice to us or a proof of charge that the property charged you for breakfast.
Once we have the documents we needed, we will proceed accordingly and process a refund for you.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I did just this. My family and I ate at the hotel each morning. We got an itemised bill at the end of our stay. I sent this bill/invoice as requested to booking.com support. After multiple chasing on my part, I was informed this morning that I am only getting 1/5th of what we paid for at the breakfast. A complete farce. The breakfast was fine (albeit expensive). There is no-way we would have eaten there if we knew we were paying out of our own pockets, however since we were assured 'breakfast was included' and would be refunded post trip we used this.

So 15th December after multiple emails and hour long phone calls where i was invariably cut off - we have since been informed that we are only getting 1/5th of our money back.

Complete shit show. Be very very wary of booking this hotel through booking.com

Location was excellent! Wait service was excellent, friendly and accommodating.
