Very good location near the library and American ancestors. Great view from the 35th floor. Close to star market

Beds were extremely comfortable but very high up. Cleaned the room every day. A lot of lifts so very quick. Marriott scheme giving free daily spend in the bar, restaurant or shop and 2 free tickets to the Holy Trinity Church and Boston View were a lovely surprise when you are a member. Conveniently located to T for Underground, Boston Common, Hop on Hop Off tour or Duck Tour. Local food shop The Star Market was great for snacks and drinks if needed for day excursions.
They take payment without taxes at check in and then take balance on check out. We paid for 3 people in our room but only receive 2 tickets for visits instead of the amount of people in the room
Nice large room that was upgraded to face the Charles River with no questions asked. Parking the car was on site and very convenient. Excellent use of technology.

Love the elevator system, location, and room size.
There really isn't anything that we don't like.
For the price I paid I should have not had to pay to park my car ! That was insane! 70.00 a night they charge!!! Plus they have fees that you shouldn’t had just paid in the beginning not when u arrive!
Parking should be included for guests! Especially for the price a night you charge! Greed on the high side for u !
