The room had was nice and had a great view. The staff was also very nice

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I noticed a smell in the room. My wife open the fridge and someone had left a whole personal pizza in there. You would think that would be taken out if the room was properly checked and clean. Also we noticed hair in the ceiling to the bathroom. When we checked out I mentioned this to the front desked thinking maybe a small credit would of been added for the inconvenience but I we got was a "sorry about that"

Room service in a paper bag? Buh-bye!
Pros:

The check-in experience was fine, the suite comfortable with a great view, an oddly small bathroom and very few outlets. Overall ok for a Westin. But, for me, a hotel room service breakfast is meant to be a pleasantly served experience. Not here! A paper bag arrived with coffee in a paper cup and eggs etc in a cardboard box. Ugh Ugh Ugh! I will never return to this hotel.

Westin Excellence
Pros:

The entire experience is always great thanks to one of their managers named Irene. I have to also mention Freddie and Chen in the Club. They served us well on sushi night. They give superb service and presentation of the food and drink selections. They also keep it clean.

Terrible experience
Pros:

It took at least 20 min to get an elevator. It was an horrible experience. The kids in the hotel were very noisy and I do not think hotel management did anything about it.
