Cons:

The breakfast was poor. Not having a buffet is unpleasant; for example: you have to ask for more milk or more coffee, for some fruits.. if you want to eat something else, it’s not possible. Also, if you decide to have the breakfast first, and later your partner will join you its a nightmare to provide an explanation. Thanks to Mazen that he was always super supportive

The valet workers were so wonderful and helpful, and made the experience personal. We so appreciated everything they did.

When I entered the room, the bed was wet and had a strong smell. They changed my room, but charged me $250. I requested a refund, but they refused.
