Servicio muy deficiente, no bolveremos
Pros:

Es cómodo, buenas piezas, ya habíamos estado 2 veces antes.

Cons:

Lo tomamos porque ya lo conocíamos, a pesar de que estaba muy caro. Volvimos a la pieza y encontramos 1 toalla usada y mojada estaba arrugada sobre la cama, la otra sobre el lavatorio, una botella al lado de la cama con un poco de agua y el resto derramado. Además las almohadas usadas, muy arrugadas. Pedimos un paraguas y se nos quedó en un restaurant, lo que avisamos al hacer el check-out. Está bien que nos cobren la pérdida, pero US$70, por un paraguas, es un abuso. No volveremos

la ubicacion, la cama un poco alta pero comoda, Cuando compras por Booking te dan habitacines en pisos muy bajos, eso me parece indebido

Cons:

la limpieza regular no barren detras de la puerta del baño, el personal del Bar 10 nos quisieron timar con un pedido de vodka, miraba directamente a la barra y me di perfecta cuenta de lo que servian, eso estuvo muy mal y ademas dudarobn de mi reclamo trayendo al manager, etc.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We would most certainly stay here again in the future.
Pros:

The view!!! We had a view from the 35th floor overlooking the Charles River. We could see for miles! Loved this view! The room was spacious with plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. Plenty of towels and complimentary bottled water. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect as we mostly used public transit with the T a block away. Good location for shopping and dining options as well. We really enjoyed the Restaurant/Bar in the hotel for convenience on busy and long days.

Cons:

There was only one chair at the desk/table. Three in a room meant we needed more sitting space. Requested a chair and received a banquet chair that was sufficient. Needed extra wash cloths which were provided on request.

We are very disappointed with how this matter was handled.
Cons:

We stayed at this hotel from April 9 to April 11.

On April 10, we requested housekeeping before leaving the room. After returning, my daughter’s orthodontic appliance was missing. It had been placed in a transparent cup on the bathroom sink.

We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. However, no effective action was taken during our stay to recover the item, and no clear explanation was provided at any point.

Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive any meaningful explanation of what happened, nor any report of an internal investigation. The promised follow-up communication was also never received.

The appliance is a medical device essential for ongoing treatment, and its loss may have a significant impact.

We are concerned about the handling of this issue and the lack of transparent communication, and we are still awaiting a proper and satisfactory explanation.
