Location. Great food amenities and shopping attached within walking distance.
Very little not to like, exception Hotel parking was the only issue. The Hotel does NOT provide their own parking facility.
This is my second time staying at the Westin Copley Square , travelling from the UK,and once again this stay was perfect. The hotel is well located, well equipped, the rooms are generously sized and exceptionally clean and serviced well. The bar office delicious food and reasonably price drinks, and the bar staff are incredibly attentive, particularly Cori who served us on several occasions during our stay; she was always polite, courteous and friendly. When we return to Boston, this will be our chosen place to stay.
I certainly liked the location because there's so much right around that area.In the back bay.
The room was not clean. The bathroom was not clean. There were still hair in the tub. The shower curtain was dirty, and the rugs had not been vacuumed either. The shade broke when we went to close it at night. For the money that we spent, it definitely was not worth it.
Location, clean rooms were nice and view on high floor was nice
Elevators took a while
Great hotel, central location and walkable to tons of shopping, dining and tourist attractions. We had an upgraded room with views all the way to the harbor and the housekeeping team kept the room in great shape. The Front Desk and Westin Club are what differentiated our stay. The front desk was super welcoming and friendly at check in, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The Westin Club was amazing. Irene and the other managers take great care of the staff and guests. With were there during a blizzard and several of the team members stayed the night at the hotel so that there would be enough staff to take care of guests. Merna was amazing on her first and second double shift days! Friendly and looking for any way to take care of us. Julia had pushed through an hour long commute to get in during the snow and everyone was glad to be there and happy to take care of us. Julia even made a plate of breakfast desserts to send up to the room with us on the day that the mall and most of downtown was closed due to the snow emergency. We will definitely stay here again - a top 10 hotel experience for us!
I have been coming to this hotel for at least 20 years in a row for dance competitions and the staff is always outstanding. I must give an extra special shout out to Chris and Sophia who went out of their way to help navigate a difficult prop for the weekend. They literally jumped through hoops to help us get it from the service elevator through the kitchen to the lobby. These actions are noticed and noted. Bravo!
Over the past three months, I have spent a combined total of two weeks staying at the Westin Copley, and I can honestly say that every single visit—without fail—has been flawless. In a world where service can be hit or miss, the team here provides a level of consistency that is truly rare. They don't just host you; they welcome you home.
I need to recognize the specific individuals who have made my recent stays so special. To the management, please know you have absolute superstars working here:
Samy (Front Desk Manager): Thank you for your leadership and for setting the tone of warmth and genuine hospitality every time I walk through the door. Shun... you're a special lady too!
The Bar10 Team: Merna, Tracy, Mazen, Pete, Gloria, and the rest of the staff—you are the heartbeat of this hotel. Thank you for the laughs, the impeccable service, and for making me feel like a regular.
Oral and the Valet Crew: You are the first and last faces I see, and you always send me off with a smile.
The Concierge Team: Tim, Frank, and Damyien—your help, guidance, and friendly chats mean the world.
Mostapha and the Bell Hop Team: Thank you for taking such good care of me and always being there to help.
To anyone I may have missed—I apologize, but please know your hard work was noticed and appreciated.
Beyond the incredible people, the property itself is perfect. As a dog lover, it means so much to stay at a place that is genuinely dog-friendly and treats my pet like a guest of honor.
I also have to mention the location—being able to walk over a mile through the Westin shops and the Prudential Center without ever stepping foot outside is an absolute lifesaver (and a luxury). It feels like a city within a city.
Writing this makes me a little emotional because it is rare to find a place that cares this much, visit after visit. To the entire staff: thank you for making me feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for during my travels over these last few months. You have a customer for life.

I had a great stay at the Westin Copley Place in Boston during a solo business trip. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to shopping, dining, and transportation, which made getting around very easy.
The staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in through departure. Everyone was professional and helpful, which always makes a difference when traveling alone for work.
I also enjoyed breakfast in the lounge each morning. The food was good, the space was comfortable, and it was a nice, quiet way to start the day before meetings.
The room itself was exactly what I needed: clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed that helped after long workdays. Westin does a great job with sleep quality, and this location definitely delivers.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for business travelers who want comfort, convenience, and good service. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.
the location
The breakfast was poor. Not having a buffet is unpleasant; for example: you have to ask for more milk or more coffee, for some fruits.. if you want to eat something else, it’s not possible. Also, if you decide to have the breakfast first, and later your partner will join you its a nightmare to provide an explanation. Thanks to Mazen that he was always super supportive
The valet workers were so wonderful and helpful, and made the experience personal. We so appreciated everything they did.
The shower in our room did not work very well.
Ubicación, confortable
