Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el desayuno es variado.

Cons:

El personal no ayuda en nada. Tuvimos problemas con la reserva y no querían reconocer los términos contratos vía booking incluso luego de que mostraramos los detalles de la reserva.

disappointing
Cons:

tv did not work, lamp did not work, power outlet did not work, there was garbage under our bed, the tv was on the side of the bed and was very difficult to watch tv once we had to switch rooms for one where the tv worked.

Could be better
Pros:

Location was good, and i really liked the snack option upon check in. Valet option was nice however not best experience here.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. It was cold, not much to choose from for the price point and did not taste the best. No information provided about the pool or gym upon check in or information about the facility was provided in the room. This includes no wifi info being provided either. Valet over priced for the quality of service. The valet services hand pushed mirrors on new truck when they were not to be manually pushed in, no one available when we arrived to collect the vehicle. Sat and waited while vehicle was sitting out front for some time before someone showed up to hand us the keys. Room very loud/noisy entire evening.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing in helping us to make our stay convenient as our daughter got very sick and we had to cut our trip short because of that. We can’t thank the staff enough. They were super.

Really comfortable stay: Service was exemplary and location was ideal. Next time I will book an executive room.
Pros:

1. Staff! The doorman/valet and service at front desk were so pleasant and professional! The servers at the lounge and restaurant were exceptional!

2. Location: short walk to the Winspear!

Cons:

We stayed on an upper floor “traditional room” and the room was tired. It was clean but, at first glance, did not look clean because mirrors were pebbled, some scuffs in paint. Bathroom was dated.

In retrospect, I should have booked an executive room as these have been uodated.

The quality of the hotel does not match the price. The bed linens, towels, etc. should be replace

Coffee in the room,
The room is not clean. The towels, bedding, and the shower curtain are old, worn out, dirty, and need to be replaced.
The outlet wasn’t working. The room was not cleaned daily, and the water and coffee were not replenished. The breakfast area was very cold, and the food was cold

Tips
Pros:

I liked that it was about a block away from the transit. The lobby was inviting, the restaurant was good food.

Cons:

The rug area didnt seem or feel like it was vaccrum. The bed sags to the middle. Would have liked another comfy chair it the room. So couples could both sit in that nice comfy chair. I believe it was OVER priced.
