Great location, updated main areas
The rooms were dated
Great central location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site is good quality
Goed hotel
Veel dakloosheid
The upgraded suite was a very nice touch...unexpected after a long hard trip through floods and driving rain...
No complaints
Convenience..the fact that it was pet friendly, the location
The garlic kale plate at the breakfast buffet....
24/7 pool was awesome
Couple stains on the bed skirt
Location is decent.
Room, service, check in time. Room service.
I loved our room and location. I especially loved the lighted makeup mirror (just like mine at home). The breakfast was good but a little eclectic for my taste, and a bit expensive.
The location near the river and the ice district was great. Service was all around fantastic. The hotel amenities like the pool and the fitness centre were great. The room was a bit dated but very clean and spacious. Don’t forget to walk by the Fairmount hotel to take the free funicular to the river. Once they touch up the rooms and especially the bathrooms, it will be a great hotel.
The rooms are a bit dated for a Westin although I don't have any specific complaints. Check in was really easy and they let me check in early, which was appreciated. Centrally located, which is good for business. The lobby bar was kindof limited but functional I think just with a spruce up the hotel could be a 4 star.
