Very comfortable and one of the better breakfast buffets I have had.
There is no free parking for guests and very expensive to park.
Great location, City Hall, Museums, convention centres, River trails, everything within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Facilities are old but in reasonable condition. Swim pool and sauna are great, too.
The air conditioners under the windows were too loud, waking us up at midnight.
Centralized location to amenities downtown core
Good location Parking on site but $38 per night makes the price of the hotel a bit much
Kind of dated and old. Even the “updated rooms”
The breakfast provided at the conference was literally inedible. Aside from the yogurt and granola.
Eating area excellent. Location excellent. I was expecting a little more modern rooms.
Rooms could use a bit of modernization.
Location, restaurant, staff were very friendly and accommodating, clean.
Very expensive for a simple room. Outdated. Tv didn’t play a single channel and couldn’t make any platform work. Very dark not enough lights in the room.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Edmonton, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff.
A special thank you to Shahil, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.
The entire team at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edmonton and will definitely be returning in the future.
Thank you again for such a fantastic stay!
Great property central to downtown and Roger’s place
Really good location
Valet parking was a little busy
The parking was brutal
Good hotel in downtown Edmonton, Our room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable to sleep in although I found it too high (and I'm tall) for sitting on comfortably.
1. In Room Lights - Why oh why do hotels use such low wattage light bulbs? Fortunately I had a small travel lamp with me which I had to use for reading.
2, PARKING - There is an underground parkade but it doesn't have enough stalls. If you took your vehicle out during your stay and then found there weren't any stalls available when you returned and had to park elsewhere overnight, check your bill.
Close to all the amenities we needed for the stay
Room temp was non-adjustable… set to 17° and stayed consistent at 22.5°. No shampoo in the shower, wife found out she is allergic to the shampoo. Overall pricing was a little high, $322 with parking and fees…$250 would have been more appropriate.
The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful.
