Tremendo desayuno, muy delicioso. Los empleados muy atentos, el handyman Ricardo y la recepcionista nos ayudaron a cambiarnos de cuarto cuando el olor a humo de los fuegos que había en Miami en la Turnpike se introdujo por el a/c. Primero Ricardo puso una máquina de ozono para neutralizar el olor, pero no funcionó y luego le solicitamos si nos podían asignar otro cuarto y aceptaron

Cons:

Tener más sillas en el comedor. Durante el segundo día tuvimos que sentarnos en una silla sin mesa porque todo estaba lleno. También vimos varias mujeres que al parecer estaban recuperándose de cirugías las cuales estaban en el área del comedor en bata de baño, incluso a una se le veía la bolsa de drenaje de la cirugía (con un líquido y sangre). Eso se ve desagradable, no deben permitir que vayan al comedor en esas condiciones, se ve antihigiénico. Entiendo que puedan quedarse para recuperarse de la cirugía por si vienen de lejos , pero el hotel no es un hospital y deben limitarse al estar caminando por los pasillos del front desk y el comedor en esas condiciones con vendajes, bolsas de drenajes y batas de baño!!!

Home away from home
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to everything we need to do and enjoy at the hotel. The lady Erlinda in charge of breakfast was phenomenal. And great customer service; the front desk on the day of check-in was exceptional, and the lady at checkout was awesome. Thank you for making our trip the best.
