All was good besides what I wrote
Pros:

i was very disappointed with the reservation desk. i needed to call many times to reserve another night. When I called the 0 number I could not understand because of the talking in the background. After calling 3 or 4 times I finally got my reservation. After I received a phone call asking me if I had reserved and with who. I was very stressed. I finally went to the front desk. They asked me to pay for the extra night right away. I always thought we paid the rooms when we check out! When I did check out they did not give me an invoice. I called today for them to send me the invoice by e-mail.
I had to speak to 3 different people before I got an answer.
