Maravillosa estancia, todo impecable, trato espectacular!!
Nada, todo fue como lo esperábamos y superó nuestras expectativas.
Las tres tipos de Piscinas, de mar , dulce y la pequeña bahia extraordinarias. El mejor hotel que me he quedado sin duda alguna. La arquitectura y cómo tiene el mantenimiento, todo perfecto.

Cuando llegamos para hacer el check-in, la habitación aún no estaba lista, así que nos permitieron usar las instalaciones del club de playa.
Todas las mañanas te llevan el desayuno a tu habitación. Nos quedamos en una habitación con alberca privada y a diario la limpiaban temprano.
Atienden rápidamente cualquier solicitud.

There is no Uber so you have to walk down to the bottom of the mountain to get a taxi.
This was my fourth stay at Las Brisas Acapulco, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail, the warmth and friendliness of the staff, the breathtaking views, and the spotless rooms are truly above and beyond.
Every visit feels special, and the level of service is consistently exceptional. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Acapulco Las Brisas feels like home. Thank you for another unforgettable stay!
La vista y la atención del personal, todos muy amables
Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al baño en la zona de regadera, se ve un poco de moho en las esquinas, probablemente sea porque ya tiene tiempo el hotel, nada grave, solo sería un punto a mejorar

The staff is great and you can tell ownership cares about the property being up to date and looking new and taking care of it.
The only thing that could be better is the room service menu but the restaurant is great!
