Evening reception, pool, and spa!
We had kimchi, crackers, cheese, dried figs, and more. We also ordered dinner from restaurant (at regular price). Convenient for busy traveller with kids.

Convenient location
Staff was not very helpful when we called the front desk. House cleaning sometimes came at 8:30 am and other times close to 4pm. There were used plates on the hotel corridors.
Everyone was very kind and helpful the rooms were very clean and the pool was nice and sparkly food was amazing overall 10/10 our third time staying and will be staying again
Not even going to be able to make you understand what a disappointment it was too to bottom 😔. From 3 rd party booking to then dealing with location staff we couldn't get housekeeping, we had a pest control situation there's a huge one and a half inch Gap underneath the front door we felt overrun and compromised by the way the staff treated us and by the insects in our room we couldn't get basic accommodations we felt overcharged and betrayed without even proper responses or accommodating service at all.
The whole experience was very bad I don't have anything good to say overrun by insects not willing to accommodate us tried to take advantage of our kindness and we were betrayed from the third party booking to having to redo everything I felt like the location staff took advantage of that fact with a death in the family I didn't feel like anything was done to make our stay right.
