Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast and gym
Pros:

The room was big, clean but i would have appreciated a compliementary bottle of water especially for those arriving from a long journey. The bed very comfortable and i loved the view of the sunset from this room. It was marvellous.

We liked the spacious rooms and gym. The breakfast was good but could use vegetarian options.
Pros:

The room was big and spacious, it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that it had a fridge, microwave and a kind of walk-in closet. We like and used the gym in the evening but didnt have time for the pool.at

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there were no compliementary water in the rooms on arrival and throughout our stay.

Pros:

The room was quiet big and spacious. It had all we needed....fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The compliementary evening cocktails was brilliant. Even though, i didn't have time to use the pool, i could see other guest enjoying a swin.

Visually it was CRAPPY. The appeared has declined from the last few times we have stayed.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I had not problem other than below!

Cons:

I DID NOT like the fact that the sheet was ripped on the bed (should have NEVER been placed on a guest bed). The shower curtain was ripped. Housekeeping should be ashamed to place that OR left that in the room.

Wouldn’t recommend. Pretty disappointed.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and I liked the two-room feature.

Cons:

The front office staff was pretty unkind. Ken spent about 5 minutes explaining why I made a mistake using booking.com rather than Hilton Honors and that I was “throwing money away.” I just wanted to check in - didn’t need anyone making me feel stupid for just wanting to book a vacation. We got to our room only to find tons of horseflies all over. Spent probably the first 30 minutes trying to get rid of them. Bedroom was the only room that was kind of well lit. Left a day early, we were so disappointed. No refund.

Decent stay, but would not stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, clean area, good food.

Cons:

We were put in the very back of the buliding, furthest form everything and my MIL had requested a handicap room. Our room didn't have good a/c, we even woke up sweating through the night. The carpet felt sticky, and left our feet black.

Excellent room, close to many strip malls and restaurants.. perfect location
Pros:

Love the resort style!!! The restaurant was Awesome!! The breakfast was amazing!!! Staff was excellent!!! Brandon was very kind and helpful. The lady the night before we left was super nice and helpful as well
