Second time at that particular hotel. Will stay again when visiting family in Tucson.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable - wish mine at home was as good. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good, not great but tasty & adequate

Cons:

There were two things I didn't like, one being the harshness of the bath towels. Almost like a sandpaper feel. Also, we saw several wash cloths discarded around the property. Know the staff can't "police" messy guests who are careless & sloppy.

Pros:

Started with nan excellent check in staff !!
Room was great very roomy we had 2 adults and 2 grandkids ages 8 and 13.At 730 pm kids were immediately in the pool having a blast. Only negative was the hot tub was packed with College kids the whole night.!!!!

Little more healthy choices at the breakfast buffet for me would have been great!! Grapenuts for yogurt!

Pros:

Nice pool area, good breakfast

Cons:

Cleaning took towels and didn't replace. Not as upscale as some Embassy Suites I have stayed at.

Pros:

The orange grove area on the property was cute. The fitness center was good.

Cons:

The front desk & housekeeping seemed understaffed. After confirming arrival time, staff stated my room wasn't actually ready (which happens), but couldn't even offer a range of time when it approximately would be ready. And instead of reminding me they'd call so I could leave and do whatever I like, the front desk person said "I'm not in the rooms with the cleaners, so I have no idea without asking them." And then refused to ask ( more so seemed stressed & busy & was definitely not giving good service). I later mentioned it was a trip with my kids for my birthday & if possible I'd like something above the first floor. They didn't have that available or even say happy birthday. The room was clearly dirty, floors were not at all clean, neither was the bathroom. The pool was disgusting & disappointing, full of leaves & murky. We were excited for the trip, but it missed the mark & we wouldn't stay there again even for included breakfast (which was fairly decent) as it still cost about $75 more than nicer properties in the area. Online photos could also use an update. Definitely did not have the Hilton experience.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Staff: My room wasn’t ready as promised by 3pm. I wasn’t able to freshen up before my meeting. The front desk staff kept promising a time and then telling me to keep checking back.
Security: My first floor room with doors/windows to the outside parking lot, were unlocked, no screens, and easy access to the room. I always check but so dangerous for those who don’t. It needs to be on housekeeping’s checklist for first floor rooms with outside access.
