Pros:

The location was very good, the room was spacious. The lady receptionist at the check-in was very polite and friendly. I also want to thank Sakib who helped us with the luggage and taxi when we were checking out! We are really grateful for this kind gesture. The other guy at the reception refused to help us explaining that they don’t have bellboy🥲

Cons:

The room was shabby. Although the hotel is rated as 5 star they don’t have proper bellboy services. A man from room service was mean to us. The room was not clean enough when we checked in the dust on the phone and night tables. The personel in the restaurant was not enough friendly. In general, this hotel needs lots of improvements! It is not a 5 star hotel!
