Einfach zum Wohlfühlen- jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Lage, Freundlichkeit , Frühstück exzellent- alles was das Herz begehrt. Hafen, Museen, Altstadt alles in paar Minuten fußläufig- einfach perfekt. Kostenloses Wasser !

Hotel muy céntrico
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda, la ducha estaba muy bien, el desayuno tenía muchas cosas entre las que elegir y sobre todo la ubicación que estaba muy céntrico

Cons:

El tamaño del baño, era muy pequeño.

View was good. location is great especially for travellers visiting stockholm. walking distance to all major sightseeing and only seconds away from the ferry which will take you to archipelago.

Cons:

The check-in experience was quite unpleasant. I had to wait longer than expected, and the overall communication during the process felt poor. The staff member’s body language, tone, and manner of speaking came across as patronising, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

I completely understand and respect policies, such as requiring to present with passports; and I would have been perfectly fine if I had been politely asked to wait until my husband showed up with passports. (We live in Stockholm and I had forgotten the passports) In fact, I appreciate that I was ultimately allowed to check in. However, the way the situation was handled and the overall conversation made me feel very unwelcome, to the point where I would have preferred not to check in at all.

In addition, although the room had a good view, it was very noisy. Given how noticeable the noise already was, I can only imagine how disruptive it might be during June, when high school graduates celebrate across the city and on boats.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - es gab eine große Auswahl

Cons:

Leider hatten wir laute Zimmernachbarn, die morgens um 5 Uhr betrunken eine Zimmerparty gemacht haben / hier hätte ich mir ein schnelleres Eingreifen des Personals gewünscht.

Super. Dürfen wir wiederkommen?
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir wollten grösseres Doppelzimmer und bekamen es sofort.

Cons:

Vielleicht hat ein Schwimmbad in der SPA gefehlt. Aber dieser Wunsch war übertrieben.

Confortable mais qui ne mérite pas un 5*
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié, qualitatif
Le personnel de la réception était serviable, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils
La localisation est top

Cons:

La taille de la salle de bains est ridicule
Nous n'avons pas compris quand était fait le message (douche non nettoyée par exemple)
Le lit d'appoint grinçait à chaque mouvement
