All in all an amazing stay, I would definitely go back.
Pros:

Heating and A/C system in the room were completely noiseless.
Bed was super comfortable.
Room was very clean.
Almost no outside noise from the road.
Great location at the city centre.

Cons:

Pillows and mattress were a bit softer than I would have liked, but they were in great condition.
Gym could have been a bit bigger.
More plugs to charge devices right next to the bed would have been nice.

Pros:

I loved the accommodating staff and beautiful decor. The smell in the main lobby was heavenly. I intend to make this my annual hotel stay for my girlfriend and I. Absolutely amazing. And I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff are.

Cons:

Leaving. We loved it at The Allegro... Will be returning.

Perfectly imperfect
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were wonderful. Lobby and lounge/bar were quite beautiful. Bed was very comfortable, and easy to control thermostat. Big room with great sitting area, TV was large and could swivel to sitting area or toward the bed.

Cons:

No in-room coffee maker, but service could bring it up. Our room was larger than I expected but the bathroom was quite small, approx 25sq ft. It didn't have a single, solid door, it had 2 side-by-side door panels that opened like a wardrobe. With the door open you were looking directly at the toilet, and the 2 ft. wide sink/vanity was in a tiny nook next to the toilet, making it a bit awkward for hair, makeup, and teeth brushing. Full-sized tub/shower had excellent water pressure though lol.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación del hotel, excelente profesionalidad de los empleados, si bien el edificio es viejo, conserva muy bien la infraestructura y está a la altura de las circunstancias. La habitación que elegí es enorme, me sorprendió, muy cómoda. Quiero recalcar que el sistema de calefacción es excelente, fui en época de mucho frío (justo después del incidente masivo de frío por todo USA) y no sentí frío jamás dentro de la habitación. También quiero comentar que no tuve ningún problema con el pago, he leído que muchos viajeros tienen problemas con esto, en mi caso usé tarjeta de crédito bancarizada de marca MasterCard y el pago se generó OK y también me devolvieron OK el monto que sumarizan extra por "seguridad" ante cualquier cuestión.

Cons:

El baño es un poco pequeño y podría estar mejor iluminado sobre todo en la ducha. Pero sigue estando bien.
