Great location and staff
Pros:

I spent 3 nights here for a work trip. The hotel was well priced and had a boutique feel. The front desk staff were friendly and the hotel restaurant/bar was convenient and nice. The king suite room was enormous.

Still really loved it! Would definitely stay here for a 3rd time ♥️
Pros:

Location was great, staff was very nice, price wasn’t bad at all! This is the second time I’ve stayed here.

Cons:

The bathroom this time was tiny compared to the one in the room I stayed in last time. I wish there were microwaves in the rooms!

Great location and cozy rooms
Pros:

Perfect location! Right next to the Cadillac Palace Theater and a few blocks from Millenium Park and the Art Institute. Food and drinks were very tasty. In nicer weather you could walk to other theaters and restaurants too. Staff was great: Joe, Shaheed, and Julibeth our waitress. Only disappointment - no option for movies or even online TV guide for local shows. Wouldn't have mattered in nicer weather but freezing cold so we stayed in after we went to dinner and the theater. They had new TVs and said they were in the process of updating the software. Definitely would go there again. Great clean rooms and cozy beds.

Great location
Pros:

Staff was great, very clean, comfy beds, great cocktails and mocktails, plus food. Right next door to the Cadillac Palace Theater. Location is great for a stay-cation.

Cons:

TV is limited. Great new Televisions but they're in the process of updating movie selections and online TV guide. Stayed at the hotel in the winter so we were inside at night. In warmer weather TV wouldn't have mattered so much because we would have been outside touring the city.

Beautiful historic hotel with excellent, caring staff
Pros:

The hotel is a treasure and right next to the Cadillac Theatre! Adam shared details of its history, Sarthak got us set for our stay and Alicia made sure we had a delicious breakfast in their lovely, intimate dining area. Five star experience—we’ll be back!

Beautiful historic hotel
Pros:

This is a magnificent facility. Beautiful inside. Very efficient service, nice room, good bed and shower. We got a good price online. Add-ons increased the price, but were acceptable for our situation. It is next to the Cadillac Palace Theater, which was a great feature in single digit temperatures. A few small issues prevented this from being a five star review: 1. The lack of a comfortable chair in the room. You had a choice of sitting on the desk chair or on the bed. 2. There were very few charging ports for our devices. 3. Confusing use of the "destination fee". We didn't use anything for our first few days, but want to use some of it for breakfast on our last day. However, it was Martin Luther King Day, and the restaurant was closed. If we had known that, we may have planned something different.
