Pros:

Good valet parking!

Cons:

The hotel is in serious need of renovation and did not meet expectations at all. The room was very dark, decorated in an odd orange tone, and had extremely poor lighting throughout. The balcony faced directly onto a brick wall, offering absolutely no view or natural atmosphere.
Basic comforts were also missing — there was no proper coffee machine, no iron, and the shower had very low water pressure. In addition, the shower lacked a proper door, which meant water ended up everywhere in the bathroom.
Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for comfort or a pleasant stay.

UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL La recepción del hotel era una mesita pequeña con un ordenador y un señor que tardaba en aparecer
Pros:

Fue un desastre
La ducha no tenía ningún agarrador y la base resbalaba muchísimo
Tuvimos que poner toallas al suelo para no caernos

Cons:

No tenía ducha teléfono
Salía poquísima agua
En el lavabo era un chorrito de agua escaso y en la ducha lo mismo
A las 6 de la tarde todavía no habían arreglado la habitación
La limpieza regular
Donde estaban las bebidas , no lo limpiaron ni un solo día
Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico
Tardaron 3 horas en reponerlo
El desayuno horrible
No había Buffet, y siempre el mismo menú, que por cierto era malísimo
Un café asqueroso
Tardaban en servir
Si querías algo mejor y tenias que comprar suplemento
Y el precio de la habitación exagerado por las pocas prestaciones que tenía
Poquísima luz en la habitación y el suelo roto y manchado.

Pros:

The rooms are insanely loud. You can hear everything happening in the rooms on either side of you and in the halls. The shower was lukewarm, at best. It’s a cool boutique vibe but I would never stay here again.

David at the front desk reception was so outgoing and excited to have us stay at the Mayfair. He provided us free drink
Pros:

Mayfair is a unique property with beautiful greenery everywhere. The rooms are very spacious. Sipsip rooftop pool and bar were a nice place to relax with good views.

Cons:

The elevators are a bit confusing as you don’t get on and then press the floor. There are specific elevators that stop at different floors.

Daniela is AWESOME
Pros:

Excellent service! Daniela was spectacular. She had so much knowledge about the food and drinks. Will definitely come back to this place. Well worth the price and the ambiance was magnificent.

Les chambres , la déco, la situation géographique: quartier calme
L'employé à la piscine qui est vraiment attentionné
Et le tout jeune employé à la réception qu'on a rencontré le 18 juillet et qui a été très serviable pour notre dernier jour.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : pas assez de choix, attente , manque d'efficacité dans la gestion de ce moment
Le bruit : beaucoup d'événements et de bruit le matin dans l'hôtel ( installation dans le hall en dessous des chambres)

Beyond amazing is the only appropriate title
Pros:

The one thing better than the food is the service and the view. And that’s hard to say because everything is beyond amazing. Daniela made us feel so special, suggested the best options for our experience and was on top of every little detail. She told us about brunch and we can’t wait to try it

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

I regret not coming sooner! We are so impressed with the friendly staff, beautiful decor, delicious food and drinks, and relaxing but fun atmosphere. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant is such a lovely experience. It’s also a wonderful location in Coconut Grove. Close to everything! We will absolutely return the Mayfair in the future!
