very well equipped place

Our tour guide booked this hotel for us... it was all we wanted & a whole lot more.. 400+ years old... fabulous location.. awesome staff and great food.. loved our stay there.. ( only mind your heads... my poor husband kept walking into the curved low ceilings

Séjour tout à fait convenable , bon rapport qualité prix , petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner « continental » qui ne l’est vraiment pas du tout , le bruit également car l’isolation n’existe pas , c’est propre à la ville en elle même à mon humble avis . Sinon le personnel est sympa , si vous voyagez entre filles , ils sont respectueux et c’est appréciable .

I was pleased with the location and upkeep of the old buildings! Gorgeous property. Good AC and friendly staff. Only two complaints - not easy to find someone at reception and the breakfast was hard to call breakfast.

Hotel Arisha is very nice with 400 years of history. Unfortunately for us staying there became a nightmare. Hotel rented it's space for the party of the famous international company without warning us about it. We come to the hotel to sleep because we have 20+ hours trip the next day. Well imagine sleeping on stage during the concert and you will get the idea. There was no way to sleep with such loud music. When we ask how long it will last they promised that the music will stop before the 23:30, but at 0:15 the music was still playing and stoped only when we come to the receptionist for the second time.

I give 2 stars because they were sorry for what happened and even permits to stay in hotel a few hours more than normally.

If you are young and don't mind to stay without the door to the bathroom (only the curtain) and don't need to go to sleep early this hotel can be a good choice.

Our group stopped at this hotel for lunch as we were traveling through Djerba. We had reservations, and everything was ready for us. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. We had the usual olive oil and bread. We were served chicken and the usual salads.

Bon séjour à Houmt souk en général,petits bémols à l'hôtel,niveau état salle de bain et petit déjeuner,car manque de thé le matin..!!! dommage quand on boit pas de café !!! Beaucoup de bruit dans l'hôtel le matin surtout très tôt,bien qu'il y est très peu de monde...on est en vacances pour se reposer généralement,dommage..!!!

Lamentable... hotel réservé et payé sur le site hotels.com arrivé a l hotel, il dise que la chambre n est pas payée. Heureusement que j avais la facture acquittée.
L etat de la chambre est deplorable, drap sales...a eviter d urgence
