- Less than 5 min short walk to the beach
- Property was nice and modern
- Family mart just around the corner

Cons:
- Daily cleaning not offered due to COVID (found this out last min)
- Parking in front is limited to 5 cars
- Location is a bit far from downtown Hualien so you must drive

超棒的，原本訂高級雙人房兩間，到了現場幫我們升級成兩間豪華雙人房，有說明是因為高級房兩間在不同樓層，升成豪華房之後是在隔壁，6樓頂樓；除了可以先寄放行李，離開前也能寄放，玩完再回去拿！民宿也有提供各種旅遊手冊，櫃檯小姐還介紹了不錯的地方；更棒的是民宿提供的早餐很好吃，都是現做的，入住時會先問用餐時間，提前幫我們準備好，一份三明治、三種水果、一份蛋餅、一碗南瓜濃湯、還有鮮奶茶咖啡可以選，甚至吃不夠都還可以再加，是目前為止入住過CP值最高的民宿，雖然價格在花蓮地區算小貴，但上述優點加上室內設計的很棒，覺得很值得！

Pros:

This is a newly opened hotel. Love the decor of the place and art pieces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at certain times between 730am - 9am and freshly prepared. Short walk to the sea where Qi Xing Tan is. Wished we had more time to chill and relax there! Will definitely choose this place again if I am ever in tai Chung.
