Pros:

住一晚$12,000的升等客房，其中一人忘記帶牙刷；我們凌晨一點發現，撥打打電話求救，接電話的人立刻說5分鐘之內送到703號房。

我們滿心歡喜等待，3分鐘之後接到電話；櫃檯說他們可以陪我們去超商買，或是我們付費讓他們去超商買。

堂堂一家萬豪集團酒店不至於連一隻備用牙刷都沒有吧。

此外，1樓西餐吧台的沙拉，鮭魚不新鮮；吃完狂拉肚子。

A bit overpriced, however lovely staff, excellent breakfast buffet and small pool on the roof!
Pros:

Clean rooms. Big beds. Outstanding breakfast buffet with many options.

Cons:

Expected the pool to be bigger, and it closed every day from 12-1 and 5-6 which was unheard of. I love that they try to keep the pool clean but closing it every day for 2 hours makes zero sense.

Becoming very dated.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Rooms are comfortable but dated. Our room had a constant mold smell. Hallways and elevators are cooled. Executive Lounge food isn’t good. This was disappointing. Would stay again, if I had to be in this area, but it’s not quite up to Marriott standards.
