Cena a buffet tutto molto piccante; personale del servizio molto superficiale.
Nessuna attenzione o assistenza ai clienti.

Ristorante cinese del semi interrato lascia molto a desiderare. Abaloni immangiabili. Durissimi.. Sembravano di gomma. Ho fatto presente.


Nessuno mi ha chiesto se volevo cambiare piatto. Mi è stato addebitato comunque.

Pros:

1. 捷運站出來就是飯店了，雖然最近的二號出口時樓梯，不過三號出口出來的電梯對腿腳不是很好的老人家還蠻友善的。
2. 行前因為個人因素於是多次電話確認，人員態度都很親切，而且也都願意慢慢的聽完、幫忙解決，真的很感謝！
3. 雖然是老牌的飯店，但真的乾淨，也沒有甚麼異味或煙味；隔音也很好，頂多走廊講話聲音太大會被聽到，晚上休息時間真的很安靜。
4. 十二廚的菜色還好，沒有到特別驚艷，不過第一個至少吃了沒腸胃道症狀（這點真的很重要），某幾道菜色也可圈可點，給過。果汁都有苦味不是很喜歡；咖啡大好評；米粉好吃！！！鬆餅跟馬芬還不錯，中式蔬食（有杏鮑菇跟青花菜那道）好吃！！！薯球也很好吃。
5. 整體來說真的不錯，會想回住。

Cons:

因為成員都很會喝水，找不到樓層的飲水機，有點困擾。雖然房間已經有給了雙倍人數的礦泉水，但還是不太夠，想要裝水也找不到囧。聽人員說大廳好像有，沒找到，如果可以直接額外領取包裝礦泉水就好了。

Pros:

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Would recommend!
