Very small and basic motel like facilities in beautiful area

love my stay here, would like come back soon

nice, the staff was cool! However the rooms was small. Very walkable. This hotel was the cheapest at the time.

We were in a 10 bank beds room with 1 shower/toilet. You need to be patient on morning before to be able to take shower. And the price is really expensive for what is it. I would not recommend unless you have no choice

We arrived to the hotel at midnight and got into our room shortly after. The smelt awful! But it was late and thought maybe we’d get use to it. The bathroom floor and toilet seat had condensation all over it. What we thought were cold sheets, were damp sheets. We woke up with hardly any sleep and never getting use to the smell. Then we noticed the black mold in the ceiling and air vent. So far I’ve only got back $35 of the $80 we paid in resort fees and none of my $600 for the two nights we booked. We were after 7.5 hours. It’s been 12 days since the stay. Oh! And our clothes smelt awful!!!!

The staff was very nice. Everything was clean, the room was nicely decorated, my espresso latte was great, the location was great, I liked the Apple TV, and the room was a good value.

It was the perfect place to stay before oyster cruise.

Great position for South Beach, very chilled vibe

The location is very good—close to everything yet in a very quiet area, making it easy to relax. The hotel itself was nice, but our experience was somewhat disappointing. We were two couples, and although we booked the same room category, our rooms were quite different. Our friends’ room was spacious and included amenities like a minibar and an air purifier, while ours was much smaller and lacked both. This inconsistency in room quality was unexpected and impacted our stay.

Beautiful cozy room

Center of the happening part of Miami and still this place was so quiet & safe! No elevators though that was the only problem because we brought little kids with us. The Full size bunk beds were soooo comfortable and authentic! We had 4 full size beds in one room and a queen bed in another!

Great place to stay with friendly staff.

There was a very strong musky smell. It smelled like the hotel was trying to cover it up with sandlewood. The walls were very very wavy which made me think that there was water damage and that was the smell I was getting. The room was clean but very humid even with the A/C on very low, which made the floor really tacky when walking on it. Very unpleasant.

We just stayed here for 4 nights. Service/staff was excellent. Great location, close to beach and the main attractions, hustle and bustle. The building/ room had a smell that we could have been without and we received a towel that was stained. All and all not the worst place.

I gave the place a fair chance but overall we were not satisfied. There’s a need for renovation and cleaning. The walls were bubbled from water damage and it smelled moldy. There was also no elevator and the staff didn’t offer at all to help with luggage. One of the guests that I traveled with has mobility issues.
Lastly we have repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel because of an item left behind and we’ve received no response.

Nice decor, 5-min walk to beach, small hotel, friendly staff.
Room was "cool" and comfortable, but very small and with minimum amenities. Did the job for this short trip. Wouldn't want to stay multiple nights here.
Parking was $50 per night but that's South Beach.
Overall it was a positive experience.

First let me say that the place is nice & small. Unfortunately I was unaware that some rooms had no TVs, micro or refrigerators like mines. Also the rooms smell of mildew (this explains why there’s candles all in the lobby) & eventually we noticed big bubbles in the hallways walls which proved they are experiencing some type of water damage & it won’t be long b4 the walls cave in. Also make sure that if you order a drink you pay for it at the bar my son pulled out his card to pay & was told don’t worry we will charge your room & was charged an extra $3.00 on my card because it’s now considered room service lol after complaining about it he then said it was a bartender fee. Like wth is it room service or a bartender fee? either way it didn’t make sense. Although it was conveniently close to the beach I won’t be returning.

Loved the place!! Stayed for just a quick night and it was so cozy and cute.
