Staff couldn’t understand English and rude. Parking lot felt very unsafe with loitering.

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. We booked this hotel for the Sonic Temple Festival. We ended up leaving a day early because of the ants infestation in the room. There are stains on every surface. The sheets had spots of blood on them. The towels smelled horrible and were stained. Online says check in is 7am. They will chharge you extra for arriving before 3pm. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing but a barely running fridge, a non-working stove and the worlds smallest microwave. There was no soap or way to wash dishes. No coffee pot. The bathroom gas to be cleaned before we could use it. The tub had a ton of hair in it. Toilet has pee all over. There was a half used mini bottle of soap and an open bar of soap. The curtain had brown stains.the handrails in the lobby were caked with dirt and grime. There is absolutely no handicapped access. I could keep going but theres no point.

I feel like I was catfished … this place was such a dump we even thought about driving home after the first night .. we were here for a music festival…. This is by far one of the worse place I’ve stayed at …

It smells cigarette

I wasn't expecting much, but even my low expectations were too much. "Suite" is a misnomer for a smallish room with kitchenette . There were NO cups or bowls or utensils in room. Even plastic ones would be a cheap upgrade. NO cups in room..none...was glad I had soda bottle to take my meds. Water also stunk. NO COFFEE...not in room, not in lobby, not anywhere. Again, a small investment by owners would go a long way.

The place was in total disrepair with an aweful stench. The signs were destroyed and pot smell everywhere. No curtain for the shower and paneling falling off the cabinets. Absolutely disgusting.

Walking into a hot ass room!! Smelling like cigarettes when it clearly said nonsmoking room. Only stayed there 2 nights because i was desperate but never again

This property was extremely loud. There were people arguing in front of my room for almost 1 hour at 3am. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. There were animal’s feces in the room.

My stay was ok nothing to complain about n the staff was amazing and very nice 👍 laundry room was very clean and the dryer was the bomb cause all my clothes was dry dry lol I was very happy ☺️ I would stay again cause my room and kitchen and bathroom was very clean

I would not reccmmend this place at all. I thought I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and it was a room with one queen bed and a pull out that didn't even stay flat when you sat on it. It kept lifting up off the floor. The kitchen wasn't functional unless you brought your own dishes. There was no hot water in the room. The bathtub was filthy with a chalky film on it. I think the staff is also the cleaning service. Every time we went to leave the hallways smelled of rotten garbage. I asked for 2 pillows since there were only 3 bed pillows and was only given 1. There is clearly no smoking in the hotel but yet staff would smoke outside and bring the smoky smell in. Extremely disappointed. The complimentary breakfast was less then desirable with packaged oatmeal, stale muffins and granola bars that weren't even breakfast bars. Wifi was glitchy at best.

Hotel was old. Carpet worn. Drawer front was broken as was the hide a bed part of the sofa. Towels were in short supply- there was 3 of us but we could only have 2 sets of towels at a time because they didn't have enough. Employees were pretty apathetic- one was for more interested in wandering outside the front smoking while on her phone than actually doing her job.

And the clients were horrible- smoking and talking right outside the outside door until all hours (which happened to be outside our window) Lots of slamming doors, yelling, screaming and noise until 3am or later, with the employees shrugging. We stayed 6 nights and this was every night. If we could have been refunded we would have gone elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is NOT the hotel you're looking for.

Avoid. This place is a grossly overpriced pit. We asked for refund and left after 20 mins.
