Pros:

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Molto belle le camere

Cons:

Da rivedere la pulizia (una mattina ci siamo svegliati con uno scarafaggio morto in mezzo alla stanza).
Musica alta fino a tarda notte del bar proprio sotto alle camere.
Un po' di manutenzione e di attenzione in più alla pulizia e ai dettagli aiuterebbe ad alzare notevoli il livello dell'hotel.

Cons:

W pokoju był nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci. Klimatyzacja działał bardzo głośno i do tego brak regulacji kierunku i intensywności nawiewu. Hotel położony w bardzo głośnej części miasta. W pokoju pomimo zamkniętych okien słuchać było muzykę z zewnątrz. Do spania potrzebne zatyczki. Zgłoszona reklamacja i prośba o zmianę pokoju pozostała bez odzewu. Hotel wymaga gruntownego remontu

Wer im Leben in Miami Beach sein will, ist mit dem Hotel von der Lage her mit Meerblick und Ocean Drive richtig und erreicht abends alles zu Fuß

Cons:

Der Hinweis, dass jeden Abend unter dem Fenster Livemusik gespielt wird und morgens bereits um 8 Uhr wieder Musik ist, von daher lieber ein Zimmer hintenraus… denn vom Meer sieht man nicht viel
Dafür ist auch der Preis deutlich zu hoch
