Everything was great as always. The location the entertainment, the food as well as the staff at the Hotel and the restaurant.

A beautifully maintained property overlooking Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, in an excellent location. Our room had an ocean view (make sure to select this room category if you want a sea view). The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities. The bathroom was huge, featuring a bathtub for two and a large walk-in shower.
The description does not mention that the property consists of two buildings surrounding a lovely courtyard with tables, where there is a restaurant operating almost 24/7, with live bands and music playing for most of the day and until late at night. Unfortunately, the particular layout of the buildings creates a strong echo, which, combined with the poorly insulated windows, makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to sleep in the evening. Our room was initially provided with towels for only one person (three pieces), despite the booking being for two guests. I asked for an additional set for the second guest, but we only received it after several phone calls to reception, and even then they only brought one additional bath towel. The same issue occurred the following day, when housekeeping even forgot to provide a bath mat, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to use the shower. As a result, for our three-day stay, two guests had to share just two bath towels, one medium-sized towel and one small towel. I would also like to mention that the reception staff consistently seemed uninterested and rather unwelcoming, and were not particularly willing to offer suggestions or assistance. We were never greeted with a smile, which was disappointing, especially considering how beautiful the property itself is.

Zimmer sind super groß, check in unkompliziert, in der Lobby gibt es rund um die Uhr gratis Kaffee, das Lokal beim Hotel sehr freundlich und sehr gut. Zentral und direkt im Geschehen. Wenn man es ruhig mag, lieber nicht das Hotel, da die Musik bis 4 Uhr früh läuft und die Zimmer nicht schalldicht genug sind.
Staff, very welcoming and accommodating. I'd like to give Daphne a shout out. She made the check in process easy, quick and very friendly. I'd also like to give Jacinta a shout out. She took care of us at the restaurant. She knew the menu, made recommendations. Great service!
