Terrible value, overpriced, but a barely decent hotel. The only good thing was a comfortable bed
Pros:

Location, bedding, mattress comfort.
There was an issue with a room, the hotel staff, however, was nice to provide an upgrade free of charge.
Hotel provides a 15% discount to an adjacent restaurant.

Cons:

Slow staff: checking in took over 30 minutes, despite only 2 people being attended to in front of me in line.
Furniture is generally worn; the table has rusty legs and is squeaky.
The shower head seemed to have a deep, dark red colour on it; not sure whether it was rust or something else.
The restaurant, despite providing a discount, does not provide good value. The main course is overpriced, bland, dry, and overcooked. Paid $20 USD for 8 tiny pieces of coconut shrimp that were so overdone that the outside was slightly burned.

Overall, this hotel didn't provide a good value, not even close. At that price point, I expected a high-end hotel.
Definitely not coming back. I could get a similar amount of value from a hostel or an Airbnb at a significantly lower cost.

Great location and helpful staff. Be aware that it might be noisy
Pros:

Excellent location on Ocean Drive across the road from the beach. Very helpful staff. Spacious room with a nice balcony

Cons:

The room and property are in need of maintenance in places eg bathroom door handle and blinds. There is an adjoining restaurant and bar that plays loud ‘music’ until midnight so ear plugs are required.

Super lokalizacja i to jedyna zaleta obiektu.

Cons:

Niekompetentny personel, nieprzyjemna kobieta. Recepcji. Gdy zgłosiliśmy brak ciepłej wody nie zareagowali. Nawet później nie odzyskaliśmy nawet części kwoty za ten mankament, nie mówię już o tym że nikt nie powiedział słowa przepraszam. Obsługa tragiczna.
Jest też duża dysproporcja między pokojami w obiekcie. Spalałam tam dwukrotnie więc wiem co mówię. a drugim razem dostaliśmy pokój w starej części budynku (tam gdzie recepcja) a ładniejsze pokoje są w tej drugiej.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel.

After checking out, I realized I had left my AirPods behind. When I tracked them shortly after using Apple’s Find My app, they were no longer at the hotel and appeared to be in use elsewhere.

This raises serious concerns about the safety of guests’ belongings and the integrity of the staff. I trusted that any item left behind would be handled professionally and placed in lost and found, not removed and used.

I reported the issue to the hotel but have not received a meaningful response or resolution. This situation broke my trust and left a very negative impression overall.

I would strongly encourage future guests to be extra careful with their belongings, as my experience did not reflect a safe or reliable environment.

Ótima localizacao
Pros:

Localização excelente
Quartos reformados ( o chuveiro era novo e no box , e não dentro a daquelas banheiras velhas como é comum nos EUA)
Tinha um bar/restaurante na frente com música (pegamos um quarto no fundo então o barulho não incomodou)
