Not a good choice. Very disappointed. Dragging luggage 3 blocks to the hotel then upstairs YUCK!

Good location under normal circumstances

Cons:

Terrible for loading and unloading. This is a South Beach location and the city has blocked all traffic and access anywhere close to the hotel, hence one cannot unload near the hotel. Our luggage had to be dragged 3 blocks to check-in. Most inconvenient! The restaurant was slow, overpriced and disorganized. Tourist trap!! Not worth it, Stay somewhere else

Location was good. Room wasn’t cleaned well and smelled. The restaurant service and food was fine but not good.

Front desk guy at check in was very nice. The other women at front desk during our stay seemed bothered the whole time

There was hair in the shower on the wall and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. When I told them they didn’t care or offer to fix
