Beware: do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
Pros:

The location is great - 10 minutes to broadway. The check in staff was also friendly and struck up a conversation.

Cons:

I’m honestly not even sure where to begin. There is a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hallways. Once you step into the room, it gets even worse - an intense chemical smell, likely from whatever they use to clean. It’s so bad that I’ve had to rewash all of my clothes, even the ones I didn’t wear, and I currently have my backpack and carry-on outside airing out.

To make matters worse, there were roaches in the bathroom coming in and out through gaps in the caulking. I managed to kill two, but one got away.

At first glance, this place seems like a great value, but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Cons:

It was dirty they have people living there there are roaches and other bugs in the rooms. Stairs were coming apart the have no elevator and rooms smell no parking

Pros:

Location, room was large, new appliances, seemingly well kept premises

Cons:

Layout of room could be better but irrelevant because of age/retrofit. TV could be much bigger than it is. TV channels pick up at channel 3 or 5 which can make the unit appear non functioning

Cons:

Lack of attention from property management. Out of office sign was up most of the time. I noticed other guests trying to check in or receive help and nobody around. I stood and waited trying to get new towels to use after 2 days and had no luck getting it taken care of. Poor attempts at cleanliness. The flexstone resurfacing of the sink and bathtub ensures to hide all the dirt and grime. Killed multiple bugs. Lights worked hit and miss. They would work for awhile then go off. Very strong unmistakable odor of cat litter in main hallway. In 24 hour period during ice and snow storm, no attempt was made to put salt down in main entrance or parking lot. Very dangerous for guests to navigate.
