Such a great comfortable and family atmosphere that felt safe and welcoming! Definitely coming back again

The staff for sure the front desk staff and security and especially maintenance made our stay amazing and great! Felt like family thanks to The staff!!

Rustic but clean old-style hotel with excellent helpful staff and easy shuttle ride to/from airport.
Pros:

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, and for a quick overnight between flights, the location was about as close to the airport as a hotel can get, all of which worked well for us.

Cons:

This is an older hotel, so it's rather rustic, with a lot of wear on the doors, floor tiles, etc.

Cons:

I hate that I made the selection for my room online for 2 adults and one minor 9 yrs old and they said that my daughter was not allowed in the 2 standard bedroom. It was ridiculous! The hotel only wants to charge more money and not accommodate with their guests needs.

Was a very uncomfortable night. The staff were all lovely to deal with.
Pros:

Left on 0600 shuttle so no time for breakfast

Cons:

The sheets were dirty as when moved pillows there was hairs all over the bottom of pillow and on sheets.

Slept on top of two clean towels. Mattress had no support and sunk when sat on.

Someone in nearby room had tv volume up so loud until around 1am so unable to sleep.

Inside bottom of front door was all shattered and falling apart. Needs urgent repair.

I was originally booked in 365 but neither card key worked. Had to visit reception again where was given new card keys for ?353. Maybe room was not cleaned in preparation especially bedding.

Convenient location and economical price but not the most comfortable stay
Pros:

Price was inexpensive for the area and the frequent shuttle service to the airport was nice. I also liked the tables and fire pits with the friendly neighborhood cats

Cons:

Air conditioner in room was functional but extremely loud. Rooms were small and the unit is right next to your head. It was loud even through my noise canceling headphones

Solo stay for town purposes.
Pros:

Good price for stay. Needed to be in town for and IRS appointment. Brought my dog stay over two nights and had no issues. I recommend this place for a stay on a budget.

Pros:

Location was good for the access to the airport but the area is industrial and not pleasant. The traffic noise is loud. The air conditioner was so loud it was unusable. Bed was soggy and gave me back pain.
