Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. Upon arrival. The door to the bathroom was too small. The walls were too thin. And it’s just outdated and dingy. A lot of dust and not fresh scent.

We had a great experience!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The shutter drivers were also very friendly and let us know the times to depart from the hotel and Disneyland. It was a very good experience; we had a great time.

Cons:

We arrived around 9:00 am and had to wait until 4:00 pm to check in. We were already in Disneyland and had to go back to check in for the room. That was the only thing I did not like about the staying.

Always feels like coming home!
Pros:

We have stayed at this property many, many times! It is like a boutique hotel that feels very special and unique. The rooms are absolutely gigantic. The grounds are stunning, and the offerings for food and convenience are top notch. The free shuttle is great, however it does fill up! The walk from the park isn’t too bad if you have the feet for it. The price is always right, as they have one of the best rates this close to Disney with a free shuttle! Can’t be beat usually. We have stayed at many other properties as we frequent Disney about 3-5 times per year (and have been for the past 15+ years!) we keep coming back to the Majestic because it feels like home.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated, and the bathrooms are small, but adequate. I do wish they would update the bathrooms.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Pros:

The rooms were really big and spacious. I really loved the decor in the lobby and the outside areas. The koi pond was also very enjoyable. The prices were great, and we were really close to the park. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little dirty and old fashion. The elevator was also a little small and cramped. I wish the TV was a smart TV but it still had a lot of channels so we still found things to watch. Overall, these things weren't a big deal and didn't make our stay any less pleasant.
