Pros:

The property is so beautiful! I love the look of the building on the exterior and the beds were so comfortable! Mariana helped check us in and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the property and events. She got our stay off to an amazing start. It’s also so close to Disneyland and we were really pleased with the price.

Very pretty, spacious rooms, good distance from park and affordable

Cons:

Beds aren’t as comfortable, they’re not soft. Wish we don’t have to pay for a lost purple wrist band.

Will not be staying at this hotel again. No housekeeping at all and the rooms are old and dirty not worth the money paid

peaceful, relaxing, just what I needed after coming back from walking a lot at convention center
Pros:

shuttle, grounds, ducks, hot tub, washing machine and dryers on site, bed comfortable

Cons:

It's a little confusing to get around to avoid the stairs on 2nd floor when trying to carry luggage

It was close to Disneyland

Cons:

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff seemed blah. Parking was not clear. When we left the guy gave us such attitude about not having a ticket. He even said you're not coming back! Took our green paper they gave at the desk.

No breakfast was provided and I could have sworn it said breakfast included.
We will not be staying there again.

Cons:

There was little bugs found all over the room, the bathroom, the bedroom. The tub was filling up while showering creating standing water. When I called on our second full day to have housekeeping come in I was told you had to be there 3 full days to have them come in to clean but they could come get the trash and the dirty towels. I called that in at 11am when we got back after 8 pm no one had been in the room to get the trash or towels. Also, engineering was supposed to come in for the drain and that never happened either. Needless to say everyone shows up after 9pm to take care of it all after I had to complain to Adam the manager. He was nice and apologized and offered us 3 free breakfasts for their buffet. I appreciated that but it still didn’t speak to the incompetence of the hotel staff. I was extremely unhappy with this hotel and will NEVER be staying there again. Consider yourself warned about this place.
