Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Good, and definitely close to DL, just not quite great due to ac issues

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room., at least not what was desired. The room would not cool beyond 73. We requested assistance, but the staff did not respond until literally when we were checking out.

Pros:

we have stayed here a number of times. It impresses me how nice the property is kept up despite the age of it. The July 4th decorations were great, the duck pond great, the beautiful areas to sit and relax great. Peaceful despite being right next to the 5. Nice ambiance inside the lobby and bar area. Convenient shuttle

Cons:

Despite the property in general being great, the rooms are showing their age. The furniture in 2212D was chipped and gouged and the bathrooms were antiquated. It's time to modernize a little. Do that and basically everything turns to a 5 star across the board rating. Additionally, maybe it is time to upgrade the buses with new and cleaner buses for the shuttle. Had a Partridge Family vibe and by the end of the day the floor was sticky and the AC couldn't keep up.

Great place to stay near Disney
Pros:

The hotel is located near Disney World. There is a shuttle connected to the hotel that goes to the park. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel was really good! There is a pool and fitness center that are very nice. There are a lot of scenic areas to relax and read a book.

Cons:

I tried to call the front desk the first time the call rang and no one ever answered. The second time I tried to call, I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes before I finally hung up. The bathroom and shower was very small.

Location is close to disneyland & free shuttle service is why we decided on this hotel plus the photos of the place online looked nice, the garden was great, the kiosk, the pool area and koi pond were pleasant...

Cons:

However, when we arrived we quickly noticed how outdated the hote isl, the rooms, bathrooms, old furniture & entire premises. Also, someone tried to open our door and come into our room while we slept, the deadbolt is what stopped them from coming in & that experience was so weird... Overall, this hotel needs updating/renovations, it's too old and uncomfortable to sleep & shower there, but the outside looks like a nice castle , very old disney vibes lol
