Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Excellent location very clean and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Location was great close to Disneyland and free shuttle to and from Disneyland. The staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

I’d stay there again.
Pros:

The shuttle, cleanliness of the hotel and room. Large size rooms, beautiful gardens and grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom in the room is small and could use updating. Also in the tub/shower the shower head doesn’t adjust and there’s a safety handle bar where the water hits making for a tight space. Bed was a little too firm for my liking.

Break down the building and make a new one simple

Cons:

Shower was cold water, telephone in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed hard and sheets were not comfortable at all. There was a bug in the room. The restroom is super out dated cracks on the corners of the floors t.v out dated. Curtains were very dusty the coffee maker was dusty and old look like they don’t clean it and put water to make it look decent. The a/c horrible didn’t work at all even on the highest setting the room would still be warm. The walls are supper transparent on noise where you can hear what the other neighbors are saying and doing you can hear the freeway across the street and the people in the hall. Overall money was not worth the price better off at a Hilton just break down entire building and make a new one. Lastly the pool was supper cold and there was dirt in there and it was just over not a good stay at alllll.

Great hotel, lots of extra fees they add up.

$150 pet fee! And no discount for breakfast cafe with the room.

A comfortable and convenient home away from home when visiting Disneyland.
Pros:

The free shuttle to the park more than makes up for it being a little bit further away. We love that there are two restaurants on site as well as a bar and market. The staff has always been accommodating and kind. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Disneyland.

Cons:

There are two elevators in the main building and each of the last several times we’ve been down, one of them has always been out of order.

restaurante fala até as 23h, chegamos as 21:40 estavamos ainda comendo e ja vieram trazer a conta, estavamos comendo e funcionaria passando pano no salão ao lado da mesa.
