Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Very convenient, and appreciated the shuttles to Disney land.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good, restaurant is very convenient. Waiter was exceptional!

Convenient shuttle, clean with friendly staff, lovely grounds
Pros:

The shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very helpful with my ADA scooter
The front staff were all very obliging

Cons:

The bed mattresses were not very comfy. They were very used and you could feel the springs in some places. Grateful for second bed in room that was a little more comfortable. My husband appreciates that.

We had fun. I’ll stay there again.
Pros:

We had bought the upgraded large room in the tower with the Turit. My bedroom felt like a princess bedroom. It could’ve been a little bit cleaner. It wasn’t horrible. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness though. The front desk was wonderful. The lobby is huge and fun bar fun things for kids to do story times the ride on the bus was not too long. I just wish I would’ve came a little bit more often

It was probably just the room we were in but the AC wasn’t as strong it wasn’t stuffy hot but it wasn’t cool either.
