Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Fun!
Pros:

The location and shuttles are great. The rooms were big and staff were nice. The property was beautiful! The events that they had for children were nice. They also decorated well which made the experience “magical.”

Cons:

It was weird that you needed an ID to get a cart for your bags. We didn’t have one on us and were unable to get one when leaving, which made it difficult to bring all of our stuff down. I’m handicap, so it was hard to deal with all of that. Also, our sink was clogged for most of the stay and the hot water wasn’t working.

It was decent enough as a place to stay. The facilities and location are a big draw and make it fun.
Pros:

Location was good, especially because you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool area. Courtyard is beautiful. Ducks were super cute.

Cons:

Some of the hotel could be a little more updated. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were weak and the body wash was slimy and hard to wash off. Bathrooms had no fan or vent for shower steam. Parking was a little expensive.

El personal de recepción pésimo, no tienen ganas de comunicarse ni de atenderte. Deben mejorar mucho este aspecto.

Could be better
Pros:

Mehhhhh… I decided to give this place a whirl out of nostalgia bc I brought my daughters here almost 2 decades ago and they still remember this place as the “castle hotel”. I got a good deal as a D23 member (they have a package which includes upgraded room, discount on food, and complimentary parking).

Pros: decent price, large comfortable room, good beds. Free shuttle to Disneyland is also nice. I was able to precheck in in the morning, park and take the shuttle in to Disneyland and just pick up my keycard when I came back from the park. The grounds are also lovely if you get a chance to walk around it - there’s a cute little koi pond and bridge and a picturesque gazebo in the garden area.

Cons: the room, while large, good temp control, was quite outdated, nowhere near enough plugs, much less any USB plugs at all. The shower temperate was just above lukewarm at its hottest and the lone hook in the bathroom was literally falling off the door. The hotel is also very large and confusing with its room signage. So coming back at 1am and being told to locate my room somewhere in C wing and being exhausted and walking in circles with heavy luggage in tow sucked the big one. During this nocturnal stroll, we came across another family also walking in circles.

Also to note the shuttle has a final pick up from Disneyland at 45 min after park close. We got to the pick up area at 12:37am and it was already there. Bus left at 12:45am so if we were any later we would have been taking a Lyft back.

I think on our future Disneyland trips I’m just going to do my tried and true and book at one of the hotels right across the street from the Disneyland walkway. I’m just too old for these shenanigans.

The hotel was very convenient for my family and I. The room was very spacious. Kid friendly.
Pros:

I loved that it had a shuttle service that was not am additional charge. It was very convenient for us to go to Disneyland. The location was perfect for food, theme park, and freeway. Kid friendly! My family and I would definitely come back.

Cons:

The buffet for breakfast was not complimentary and the charge for parking shouldn't be an extra charge each night you stay. Also the elevators were small.
