Pros:

£50 for a double, en suite, smack bang in the middle of chester high street, excellent location.
We arrived 3 hours early, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early, so we could go and enjoy our day in Chester.
I have no complaints, more than likely go back there.

Exceptional Hotel! Everything was perfect.
Pros:

Everything!! Ideal location, very nice room, everything we wanted. The manager was extremely pleasant. Nothing was too much for him.
Had a lovely night away in Chester plus a very comfy night sleep.

Cons:

Nothing.. everything was great.

I’ll definitely revisit if I stay over in Chester again
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been more central. The rooms, although a little in need of some tac, we’re very comfortable and well equipped.

For the price it was as expected. Can't really complain.
Pros:

Room was pleasent. A bit lived in but better than I expected.

Based on the location I was expecting a very late night, but turned out OK. This was a wednesday night though.

Cons:

Black mould between tiles. But generally for what I paid for this was the only thing that I didnt like.
But
Mattress was a little soft for my liking.
And also, though i wasn't kept up by bars... the 6am key delivery did wake me up. But its not that bad really.

I would definitely return.
Pros:

No breakfast included. Location perfect. Central.

Cons:

Noisy at weekends. Couldn’t always find staff but when you did they were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Stairs a slight problem for oldies.

Great place to stay, wonderful surroundings, quality service!
Pros:

Amazing place, with lot of space, not far from the Cathedral and close to many pubs and shops.
