Threadbare curtains, lights in sitting room didn’t work and had dead insects in. Very rundown hallway

Not very clean, loud music constantly even the receptionist had trouble hearing our conversation. We had requested a twin room and had had this confirmed but on arrival were showed we were taken to a double room and were assured that this would be changed on our return later, this did not happen, very disappointing

There was no bar or breakfast facility though it was advertised as having both., also no reception. There was mould in the shower. The paint was actually peeling off the wall over the bath, there were no plugs in the sinks just gaping holes and the tap fittings were loose and half the lights weren't working.
The mattress was so thin it made the bed really hard. There were big cracks in the wall and ceiling. The wallpaper was all rubbed off the wall above the bed. No central light and if there were ceiling lights half of them weren't working there was no full length mirror and the small 3mirror stand on a little desk type table kept folding in on itself on one side making it extremely difficult to use
There was no full length hanging space, just half length with drawers under. There was a fridge and a little table to sit and drink coffee but only one chair ???? In a double room
To speak to anyone you have to go downstairs and speak to a bell push..
When we went downstairs to tell them we couldn't stay another night,we were talking to the housekeeper who answered the bell. Suddenly this male voice interrupted us and said "leave the hotel now" and that we were upsetting the staff! Tha lady we were talking to was very nice, just shook her head and smiled. We did say we'd like a refund for the second night and he said " I will send your refund" I said we'd rather wait for him and he said " you can but you'll have a 2hour wait, I'm in north Wales!" We handed the keys, one for the hotel door and one for our room, back to the housekeeper and left.
We stayed the second night in a Travelodge all perfect and £6 cheaper!!

Took 15 minutes to let us in as the place was locked up. Hotel dirty, parts of the stair banister missing, walls all scratched, the window was broken in the room that they took us to. Plus no heating as the heater was broken. Staff were rude and we were almost calling the policy. Checked out immediately

It was very dated and very loud does not say anything on website about this!

No hot water when wanted a shower at 5pm, plus in the morning water was red hot and could not cool shower down.

S as do be aware music goes on until 2am, which your out late isn’t an issue but don’t expect an early night.

It was an comfortable experience

You can’t sleep the room was right above the bar the bass of the music was so loud we could feel it through the bed we actually had to get up and leave because it was so loud. I asked if we could be moved rooms and no one got back to me. The hotel is only good to stay at is if you are partying till 2am

The communal red carpet was in very poor condition and smelt poor
