I didn’t stay the member of staff I spoke to at the property was great on the day but not a peep from them since! Please
Pros:

Unfortunately I was unable to stay here as was advised upon arrival that the music would be going on until 2am. They said they would provide a refund through booking.com but neither booking.com or I can reach them to confirm this.

Cons:

Way too loud for one stay stay after doing the 3 peaks challenge and they apologised and did say they would provide a refund however this has not happened. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Comfortable convenient a great little find for a great nights stay
Pros:

I travel for work so not overly familiar with the area the commercial is perfectly situated for the city centre and everything you would need. Firstly the staff are very accommodating 24hrs if you need anything which is wonderful. The room itself was huge technically 3 adjoining rooms rather than built like a studio it was spacious comfortable warm (but not too hot) it had lovely little decor and a mini fridge which was a lovely addition actually, the bed was comfy it was carpeted which is also nice, very clean well kept and in a lovely condition the bathroom was huge, a bath, 360 shower which was awesome, 2 sinks, plenty of towels and consumables to be used very easy check in policy late checkout, now the commercial doesn’t offer breakfast but plenty of nearby places to get anything from hot food cold food snacks drinks etc and the welcome pack in the room has a handy guide and recommendation list, free WiFi which worked perfectly I was even able to work off it. I would highly recommended this place to stay and hopefully will be using again next time I travel to Chester

Cons:

Firstly I would like to stress There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property I rated it and my stay a 10, there are two tiny things I’ll mention one is the smallest of improvements and didn’t affect my score/stay at all. While the tea coffee tray is very well stocked and has cups kettle even wine glasses and ice bucket, a biscuit or little baked good would have just topped off my late night cuppa. The other is something that the hotel is not responsible for so again not marking it down but at 3:25 am I was woken by some random guy using a pressure washer outside in the courtyard and it was horrifically loud and so random it went on for about 20 min I was able to go to sleep because I just can but it was a little weird but other than that perfect thanks very much.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

It was all good, didn t have any contact with staff apart from check in, but think that was just because bar was shut that night it was clean and comfortable so no issues. Would go there again

Cons:

Thought it said breakfast on booking.com but then seen they had stopped doing it and the lamp shade where the kettle was put was broke so couldn't see very well unless you put bathroom light on. Still wouldn't t put me off going bk

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Honestly if I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Had to leave and find another hotel because the noise coming from the hotel pub is absolutely crazy vibrates the walls it’s that loud, now this is where it gets worse trying to deal with the hotels customer service rude and just flat out lie about the hotel, tried to tell me I was warned about noise levels that was after I’d payed for my hotel room, I also noticed on there booking page they comment back trying to place blame on other bars for noise when it’s absolutely there bar. I’d absolutely avoid at all costs staff are rude the customer service are worse and you won’t sleep at all. If your looking for a dive party place then this is your one.

Ideal for us as only stated overnight. Room clean & tidy, facilities in room good.
Pros:

Location great, in city centre. Down a narrow entrance to hotel into a court yard. Lovely little pub there as well.

The room was nice enough

Cons:

No warnings about the sound from the bar below until 2am the noise was absolutely ridiculous we had to leave and get a new hotel. The young girl when we checked in told us there was music until 2pm but there’s absolutely no warning on the hotels advert which there 100% should be I’ve also noticed the hotel likes to comment back and say it’s not there hotel it’s next door this is an absolute lie. Avoid at all cost if you want to actually sleep on your break.
