Bed bugs
Cons:

Bed had bedbugs i was bitten all over the first night i thought it was mosquito so i ignored it then when i went to sleep again i was bitten all over i let front desk know and they told me to contact the third party i booked with so i did and they contacted facility for a refund and they have not responded. I have spent alot of money on creams bandage and pain killers i couldnt sleep for days due to sensitivity of the bites and had to call off of work because they were so big and in my face as well

Very peaceful the staff was amazing. My deposit was returned to my card before I even pulled off
Pros:

Everything was good love the big tub

Cons:

It was hot in the hotel and room took a lot of time to cool off. Breakfast is a 0/10

Don't Stay Here If You Have a Choice.
Pros:

The cost was fairly cheap, but that was pretty much the only good thing. Also, the hotel is conveniently located off I-65 for travelers. There was not much else that was good about the room.

Cons:

The night clerk was not friendly at check-in. The room smelled musty. My daughter said the carpet under the heat/cooling unit was damp (probably the cause of the musty smell). Our room was next to the back door. I do not think the back door was locked at night. In addition the security lock in the room was loose/broken so security was an issue. The breakfast was okay at best. (We ended up going to McDonald's.) The was the bathroom opens into the room makes it impossible for someone to use the washroom or take a shower without waking up everyone else in the room.

Amazing Beds, No air in the lobby/hallways
Pros:

The bed was like sleeping in clouds, pillows were so soft and fluffy, the best sleep of my life. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good with lots of variety for a hotel breakfast. The room was really clean with no dirt in the corners which I almost always see everywhere else.

Cons:

We were under a heat advisory and the hallway and common areas were HOT this didn't affect my stay personally but it was crazy to have staff working in those conditions.

Decent hotel in a great location for the price
Pros:

Older facility but clean and very nice front desk person, close to lots of stuff. We could walk to Kroger, a coffee shop, and an awesome sushi restaurant, to name a few.

There’s a very clean outdoor swimming pool and it’s in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

The tub fixtures were terrible. When you pulled the knob to change from tub to shower, only half the water came out the shower part, the rest still filled the tub. It also felt like the nozzle would just fall off in your hand. 🫪

The breakfast was terrible. I poured a small amount of orange juice from the dispenser and it was a very cloudy version of the apple juice on the other spigot. I didn’t drink it. There were powdered/reconstituted eggs, sausages and biscuits, apples, but no other fruit, and dry, old mini bagels and muffins. There was NOT a single vegan option other than the apples. There was also NO decaf coffee.

Nice quant hotel! Close to shopping, only 20 mins from Nashville.

I liked the shopping around this hotel! Right by a 7brew too.

Overall, we had a very calm and pleasant stay. I would stay again.
Pros:

There was a large selection of items on the breakfast buffet we enjoyed, and the coffee was great!
The room was modern and comfy with great storage options. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Room was tidied and towels replaced while we were out for the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. VERY QUIET! While in our room, we would have never known anyone else was in the building, it was lovely.

Cons:

The front desk was often empty and our room phone was disconnected, so there were a couple of times that we needed something and couldn't find immediate help. The pillows on the king bed were very small. AC was off upon arrival and room was very hot and humid making it unpleasant to get ready in. I would recommend calling ahead to get the room cooled off during the hot season and bringing your own pillows. Otherwise, I was satisified!
